The game feels like something he had known once, a long time ago. Something a child might spend his time on, between desperate bursts of fleeing from one small village to the next. Kirigan picks up a couple of rocks, aims and tries to knock the stranger's rock outside the crude circle on the floor.
It hits the ground and bounces uselessly off, landing somewhere in the back of the cell.
"They did, yes," naked and shivering, quivering helplessly on the floor until they forced him in to these rags and dragged him down in to the dungeon."Did they tell you why they were doing this?"
Kirigan was guilty of many crimes, each one more horrifying than the next and if this was retribution, this man next to him was no innocent. "Or have you made any theories of your own?"
