Ronan hardly has time to recover from the flash of pain where his arm absorbed the first blow. Kylo's coming at him again, not just with a fist but with his whole body. This will become a very different fight if Kylo gets him on his back, one that Ronan will lose automatically thanks to his smaller size. He can't let himself get knocked down.

Fearless and foolish, Ronan doesn't wait for Kylo to reach him, leaping forward instead to meet him in a hard collision. It nearly knocks the wind out of him, but it's the best way to get an arm hooked around the back of Kylo's neck. His other fist goes in for a gut punch while he's got a hold of Kylo.
