Hello! Would characters accessing Horizon be affected by the proximity to the Singularity? Could its presence serve as a prompt for those who have yet to experience their first visit?

I doubt there will be free time for meditation but am curious! In any case, I presume being close to the Singularity means characters are being monitored and visits and meditation are not possible at this time?
