Power or physical gain: From her Horizon visit, Wanda will gain the ability to share a small amount of her magic, for a very limited time frame, with others. This could manifest in a specific skill or item getting a magical attribute, and does not mean that they'll be using Chaos Magic. For example, if someone who's been bestowed some of her magic tries jumping, they'll find that they can jump very high, do double jumps, or almost float. In the case of items, they could become unbreakable for a while or change shape. Nothing that would break the game, and the effect would be between five to ten minutes, at best.

Notable actions: Casket courier quest with Samus, but the machine overheated. Goro also attempted to make a large donation to Jaskier and Alucard's public hall restoration, but Alucard returned the money, not wanting to accept "help" from a warmonger like Goro. After the concert ended, Goro held a meeting of wealthy businessmen and investors at a nearby restaurant (prompt, "Dinner Over Cigars and Mustaches") to pitch to them Viktor's work, and to sow seeds of distrust regarding the Thorne escapees like Sam and the Witcherfam.

Power or physical gain: First Horizon visit; Identify. By touching an object, Viktor is able to determine its magical properties, if any. He will need to concentrate for the duration (several minutes) and will be able to do this once per day--as he develops the ability, I'd like him to be able to analyze in increasingly greater detail, possibly with the goal of being able to reverse-engineer the methods for specific spells or rituals, depending on the object/magic in question.
Notable actions: Caught a pigeon with some guys and it was very embarrassing.

Notable actions: Spent a lot of time looking very rough for the two weeks following the eclipse and would have been unusually difficult to get hold of as he bunkered up in the study room, trying to find a solution to the Singularity's instability.
