Action: Jack's going to try to step up and help people stay calm considering he's extremely used to crazy ass shit hitting the fan. When he sees the stranger, it won't occur to him that the guy is new, he'll just see that the guy is scared. He'll approach holding a conjured solo cup of some pretty gross Four Lokos-inspired beverage, one of the only (extremely useless) things he's managed to create with his powers since he arrived.
