Request: Stephen would like to request a meeting with Ambrose regarding a few key points of interest. Mainly:

To discuss the results of Stephen's locator spell, and his (and Yennefer's) use of the Thaumametors to further hone the location into something more precise. (As OOCly plotted out here.)

To mention the fact that the Summoned's connection with the Singularity has somehow been weakened or being interrupted. (This was ICly discussed here and would have been mentioned to Stephen by Rhy. Stephen would prefer not to bring up any names at all, but if pressed he would bring up Rhy's connection as a reference point, and refuse to mention Julie's.) He'd ask Ambrose if there is magic similar to what is used during the summoning ritual to counteract this interruption.

Cooperating with Jayce and Viktor's attempts at pinpointing the Summoned's location (quoting Dee: Jayce has been upgrading the Free Cities mechanical birds with the luna metal that amplifies magic (or defends against it). The plan is to send three birds toward the area they have estimated to be the right place, with the tracker and receiver, with magical enchantments for greater space/battery/whatever.), Stephen would ask if it's possible for the factions to temporarily allow a portal that is on the border of Thorne and FC/Badlands so they can be closer to where clues seem to be pointing them to perform this task. He knows this is a tricky ask, given the current political climate, but maybe two 6-rank influence Summoned will have some sway? Yennefer will also be supportive of this idea.
