Those in the Primary Settlement would be familiar with Nikodaemus. Offerings have occasionally been made in his name, but Solvunn prefers the older more established gods in their traditions. The key difference is that some gods seem to have emerged in later stories and don't have strong roots in the ancient lore. To the Solvunn people, this means the newer gods were simply created after the ancient Old Gods came forth.

Winifred Bordeaux would speak to them about additional creation myths, and she'd be interested to hear Kyle's in return. She explains that in Solvunn, they believe that the Old Gods were borne of the Singularity, which then birthed the world of Abraxas for itself to dwell upon. The Old Gods are responsible for creating the various elements of the world, such as fire, water, light, and so forth. This was then dispersed throughout the universe to create all other worlds. After many years, some of the Old Gods reemerged and brought the "newer" Old Gods.

Solvunn believes the Old Gods as a whole continue to exist in Abraxas, and are responsible for ensuring life and creation continue. Winifred tells them that this isn't the case in Thorne or the Free Cities, who have their own traditions that have drifted from worship of the gods.

Upon hearing about the illusion spell, she says that any use of High Magic or a similar type of magic would call upon one of the gods responsible for the "creation" of that element. In this case, the user is calling upon a god known for creating illusions upon the world to aid them in forming the enchantment.
