Following the mysterious lights last month, the VERMILION COURT has invited the Summoned to visit THE FEYWILDS between JUNE 19 - 25 (in-game)!

Throughout this event, characters will have the chance to attend a masquerade, speak to mysterious NPCs, and gather information about the Fey to bring home to their factions - if they want.

Invitations are ICly on JUNE 10, a week before the portals open. The invitation involves three things:

◎ A request for the Summoned to attend the Masquerade, the Fey's largest annual event.

◎ Assurance that the Fey wish no harm. They're simply curious. Other than the Summoned, the Fey are the only ones known to be capable of accessing an alternate realm, called Faerie. Rumors of the Summoned's ability to enter the Horizon, as well as their frequent visits to Nocwich, have garnered attention from the Vermilion Court.

◎ A portal stone will be given to each attendee, meant to be used in an emergency. The portal stone can return each character to their home faction one time. Officials have made sure the portal stone is secure and cannot be tampered with.

Only the Summoned have been invited. Native Abraxans, including officials, are barred from entering the Feywilds. However, they have agreed to let the Summoned go in hopes that the Summoned can return with information and insight about the Fey - a people that has not been seen for centuries.

Additionally, the officials acknowledge that the Fey have in the past been known to hold grudges and be easily insulted. They believe the best course of action is for the Summoned to accept the invitation. While a few missing numbers are acceptable, to decline the invitation in great numbers could prove diplomatically disastrous.

The Fey

The Fey are a species unto their own, similar to the werewolves and vampires. Originally divided between the Seelie Court and the Unseelie Court, Thorne's conquest across Abraxas drove members of both courts to near-extinction. In response, the Fey went underground into hiding before reemerging as the united Vermilion Court. Having claimed parts of the land that was once covered by eternal darkness, the Fey have had vicious conflicts with Nocwich in past centuries.

While in the Feywilds, characters will be able to explore most of the region, including the Duskwoods where massive and dangerous creatures roam. This is where the Fey hunt, and characters can do so, as well! Unlike Nocwich, personal weapons are allowed into the Feywilds.

The Vermilion Court

The most heavily populated region, the City of the Vermilion Court has been moderately cleared of foliage and flora to make room for a variety of buildings. Here, residential dwellings, stores, workshops, eateries, and more can be found. Fey architecture is created for the Fey, who are short and slight in stature. Anyone on the taller side may need to duck when entering doorways.

Accommodations

The Court's isolated nature means there are no inns or any services dedicated to visitors. Nonetheless, for this special occasion, the Fey have set aside The Cascading Boughs to temporarily house their guests.

It's safe to assume there are comfortable (but communal) bathing areas, places to relax, and soft beds to sleep in. Food and drink will be available - and though characters will have heard the adage not to take food from the Fey, it's all perfectly safe, if occasionally unusual.

Finding Your Room

What will be tricky are the rooms. Each room houses 2-3 guests and the entrance door will open randomly into a room upon a character's arrival. If they want to stay with someone in particular, all characters must step through the initial door together. Otherwise, they'll be spat out into a room through a whirling portal door and whoever else it spits out with them is their roommate. Hope everyone gets along!

Once the room has been decided, the door will always take a character to that specific room. Unfortunately, this means switching rooms isn't possible - but they can visit plenty of communal spaces to spend time and even the nights together.

Currency

The Fey don't take Abraxan gold or silver. Instead, characters can obtain specific items as currency that the Fey will accept in exchange for goods: candied honey pellets from the hives of a giant bee, sparkling pearls that might cause a unique side effect until you spend them, and finally, a trade that only the characters themselves can make - perhaps a lock of hair or a kiss.

Characters can try to obtain some of this currency, assist each other with the task, or try to bargain with the merchants. After all, is it really their currency? The Summoned might notice none of the other natives exchange the same, but the Fey insist it's what they accept in the shops and the merchants all seem happy to take them.

Ceremonies

The formal welcoming will consist of two ceremonies: a demonstration from the Fey's archery force and a religious rite that involves a colorful display of lights, dancing, and music. The King and Queen will also be present to address the Summoned.

Though attendance is not technically required, the Fey will be very insulted if anyone tries to leave or prefers to be elsewhere while the formal welcome is ongoing. Additionally, anyone who wants to provide insight into the Fey for the factions at home may want to take the opportunity to observe what's on display.

After the welcoming, characters will have the opportunity to meet one of two NPCs: High Priestess Lady Cospraila, who is devoted to the Faerie ways, and Mestr Lord Kythros, who has a thorough knowledge of the Vermilion Court tracing back several kings.

There will be no influence requirement to participate in this aspect.

The Masquerade

The Vermilion Court is particularly noted for its lavish, ethereal masquerades, which take place twice a year, coinciding with the full moon in summer and the new moon in winter. Each masquerade is an affair that takes several weeks to prepare for. Nearly all members of the Vermilion Court attend the masquerades, regardless of role or status.

The Summoned have been invited to this summer's Masquerade, and are expected to put in the effort it requires. This means coming up with an outfit that fully disguises them. The Fey are expecting more than a simple mask and pretty clothes! The purpose of the masquerade is to truly hide who you are. Activities during the masquerade will reflect this, including identity reveals.

Not to worry - characters will get the chance to earn items that will help them with their task!

Characters will be informed of the Masquerade in the invitation, so they can prepare and bring an outfit prior to arriving, as the Fey are unlikely to have anything that fits them well. They can embellish and enchant their clothes further while in the Feywilds using glamour items (see below) and their own magic (or magic from others).

Earning Favor

Earning favor by impressing the Fey is how characters will receive an item that can help with their final look for the Masquerade. It will also contribute to the Fey's overall impression of the Summoned, which will affect access to the region in the future.

In general, characters will be ICly judged for their behavior and presentation throughout their stay in the Feywilds. They won't be told specifics, though perceptive individuals will be able to guess what might offend or please the Fey. For example, it stands to reason they might not like it if you reject an offered drink.

However, for OOC mechanics, we have a list of things the Fey will be making note of. We'll add more details on the IC Event Log, but as a broad overview the list includes: physical uniqueness (bright hair or eye colors, unusual markings), mount handling and taming, magical demonstration, hunting skill, sociability (how friendly you are), and consuming all food and drink (no matter how strange).

During the IC Event Log, you can submit a thread of your character demonstrating one of the listed qualities. In return, your character will get a glamour item from one of the Fey that they've impressed.

We'll RNG between 3 set items for each favor a character earns and assign you the result. Once you've earned an item, you won't get it again, so you can earn all 3 items by demonstrating 3 listed qualities.

Items will help a character temporarily disguise themselves for the upcoming masquerade - including even adding (or removing!) an additional body part like horns or tails. The better their costume and disguise, the more the Fey will approve.

Night of the Masquerade

Disguise is the keyword for the Masquerade. More than dressing up, the Masquerade combines the Fey's enjoyment of trickery and the union of their small population. When the outfits are on, it should be near-impossible to distinguish between a member of the royal family and a foot soldier, allowing every part of the Vermilion Court to socialize and engage on an equal footing.

Everyone will get ready in private rooms. Characters can help each other out here and there, but overall, there should be some level of secrecy amongst the general Summoned population as to who will appear as what!

Costumes & Disguises

The Fey won't bar anyone from entering due to their appearance unless a character has truly made no effort. However, the Masquerade is a deeply important aspect of their people. The more characters thoroughly and genuinely engage with the spirit of the Masquerade, the more impressed the Fey will be - something that may come into play in the future as both major and smaller nations across Abraxas make their moves.

◎ A mask is a must. Characters can bring masks from home or they can obtain one from any of the Fey shops. Artistically-inclined characters can paint and make their designs. Fey masks are elaborate. They tend to cover most of the face if not all of the face.

◎ Outfits are closer to costumes than standard ballroom attire. Creative embellishments and cohesive themes are applauded. Some are inspired by the insect life in the Feywilds while others use Seelie magic to create an illusion of floating or giant petals.

◎ The Fey will not be basing their attire on the traditional gender norms seen throughout other parts of Abraxas. As part of the Masquerade, they may dress as their opposite gender or in a way that offers no identifiable gender at all. All those attending are encouraged to do the same. Additionally, appearances that emphasize the inhuman and the strange will draw the most positive attention.

Revealing Identities

Part of the Masquerade is trying to identify who you're with! Characters will be given 3 butterfly pins. For each person they correctly identify during a dance or interaction, they can pin a butterfly on that person.

When meeting at the Masquerade or on the dance floor, interactions and conversations between both characters will have to walk the line between trying to find out who the other person is, while concealing their own identity.

◎ Masquerade attendees usually use pseudonyms or made-up titles to introduce themselves.

◎ Some of the fun also comes in providing clues to see what your partner picks up on. In other words, treat it like a bit of a game!

The goal is to get rid of all 3 pins. Doing so will earn your character a small prize from the Fey.

This aspect is just for fun and to encourage characters to interact with each other, so there's no need to thread out all 3 discoveries or formally submit anything!

Meeting Mysterious NPCs

Important members of the Vermilion Court will be attending the Masquerade in disguise, including members of the royal family and their advisors. This means characters will have the chance to dance and interact with NPCs whose identity they won't know. They might not even realize they're dancing with an important NPC.

As part of the identity game, they can engage in some questions and answers, which the NPC will provide. Though it may not lead to them correctly guessing who the NPC is, they'll get some interesting details or information... and maybe even a hint of a curious presence.

During the IC Event Log, we'll have a section where characters can sign up to dance with a mysterious NPC. Players will not know who they're speaking to OOCly - though you can of course take a guess!

You'll have the chance to ask some questions about the Feywilds and the Fey themselves for the duration of the dance. This translates to roughly 2-3 questions before the NPC will move on to the next dance.

Feywilds Bestiary Contributions

To make things interactive, we're asking players to contribute details to creatures we'll be adding to the Feywilds. Some of you might remember doing a similar thing during the Nocwich event!

We will provide the image, its name, and a few key facts, but everything else is a blank slate. As a guideline to help your ideas along, the Feywilds has an emphasis on trickery, ethereal qualities, and venoms/poisons. The woods are also dense, heavily shaded, and many plants are toxic.

Add as much or as little as you want. If you want to simply post a comment that says "has sticky antlers," that's perfectly acceptable. We'll do our best to gather up everyone's contribution and use it to create a starting set of creatures roaming the Feywilds.

To contribute, comment here under the creature you want to add fun facts to. You can comment as many times as you want to as many creatures as you like. Building on others' ideas is encouraged!

Please submit your ideas before June 18th so they can be included in the Bestiary! We'll try to include last-minute suggestions, but we can't guarantee it.

To allow for a bit of room for players to get things started, the event post will be going up a little before the actual in-game date the event occurs.

When exchanging an earned favor for a glamour item, can I choose to have the chance to receive a duplicate?

Sure! If you'd like the chance to receive a duplicate, just let us know and we'll RNG from the list of 3 again without removing the previous item you got.

What if there's a specific glamour item from the list I really want?

Exchanging a favor for an item is just one method! Characters can also purchase many types of glamour spells and other accessories for the Masquerade through the shops by obtaining the unique currency accepted by shops in the Feywilds.

So this means regular money has no use in the Feywilds?

Precisely. Characters will need to make their purchases using the unique system that's in place for the Feywilds during this event. The Fey will not accept Abraxan currency. Food and basic necessities are provided at the Cascading Boughs, so the Summoned will only need to spend money to buy personal items.

Can characters hunt in the Duskwoods?

Yes, hunting is one of the skills being assessed and the best place to demonstrate that will be in the Duskwoods. Any creature in the Duskwoods is available for hunt. For creatures that will be listed as domesticated mounts on the IC Event Log, while they may also appear in the wilds, it's best not to hunt those or the Fey might be upset.

What if my character has passive senses? Will that interfere with the game of identity?

The Fey have plenty of distorting and obscuring potions for characters to use as part of their costume, to offset enhanced senses. For example, one could buy a special perfume to mask their scent. Someone who chooses not to utilize similar tools as part of their disguise can be identified, however. Just make sure you have permission from each player!

What about voices? Can we disguise those, too?

Certainly! The Fey take the Masquerade seriously and have all manner of enchantments available to make sure your disguise is the best it can be. You need only obtain the right currency to buy the items.

What about abilities like mindreading?

For mindreading or other deliberate power uses, this is fine with permission from individual players. However, the Fey are interested in the spirit of the game. If a character seems to be cheating, the Fey will consider them as having poor manners and it will affect their reputation. It will not be possible to use psychic abilities on the Fey themselves.

Will the Feywilds be open regularly afterwards like Nocwich?

At this time, not yet! The Fey are much more isolated and suspicious of outsiders, so their doors will not be open like Nocwich. If the Summoned make a good impression, though, then there's a chance they'll allow the Summoned to enter again under set circumstances, either as part of a mod plot or through Plot Engagement.

What if my character needs help getting ready? Would their identity be revealed to the people helping them?

Yes, but that's perfectly acceptable! There's no need to conceal your identity from every single person (though you can if you wish). It's expected that anyone who knows another person well may recognize them much more easily. Characters can avoid engaging in the guessing game with each other if they already know or even pretend to be strangers for fun!

wolfwood is mainly going to scope out the fey and learn more about the new area! he's never seen fey before and they don't exist in his world, but he's Seen Some Weird Shit in his life so he'd take it in stride.

- wolfwood doesn't really hunt, but he's used to roughing it out back home so he'd be interested in taking a peek in the duskwoods! he's would be down to take out a beastie or two as well, but would be more willing to team up for that since he doesn't have his huge fuckoff gun anymore.

wolfwood is awful at pretending to be someone he's not but for this occasion (and partly as a joke) he will be going as a... uniquely dressed nun. still trying to decide on which one specifically but those are the vibes along with this mask. the fact that he's dressed like this is creepy enough but please feel free to offer suggestions to make it even creepier tbh i'm all for it.

he will be adopting his tried and true title of the punisher.

wolfwood's experience with parties is hilariously limited but thanks to his weird cult training he will conduct himself accordingly. for the most part, anyway. catch him smoking like a chimney the entire time he's there. he's also never danced? ever?? in his life but will be down to try (and fail, probably). but honestly, anyone who doesn't immediately do a 180 after seeing him would surprise him enough to take them up on it. at the very least, he will eat anything and everything.

aside from his outfit, he's not going to go super hardcore into changing other aspects of himself, especially since he's new enough that he can get away with it. feel free to pin him by his voice and general scrunkly demeanor though.

Roommate (and note): Abby needs a roommate, but how rooming with her goes depends on some factors people she knows and generally hot people will get an Abby more uneasy about her appearance and being seen mask off without make-up or fully dressed. She'll be quieter and more distant. Everyone else will get a chaotic hellcryptid who is just a messy problem who says shit without a care.

Activities: Abby will be going big on the Masqurade stuff. Otherwise she'll be staying within the confines of the city to be curious and get in trouble there. Her focus will be on scavenger hunt things. Oh also seeing what they have in the way of alcohol and drugs because messy disaster times ahead!

Disguise: Full details TBA, but Abby will be using some magic to accent her general 'dashing handsome swashbuckler look.' Going into this as a short king, using magic to hide her hair color and voice.

She won't be adjusting her behavior at all so she'll be pretty easy to spot after the fourth time she fucking swears.

Masquerade Plans: She'll absolutely be playing the game more looking to identify others rather than worry about herself too hard. She'll probably break out a bit of her stealth power to slip in and out to overhear things.

General plans: I'd kinda like to boomerang out someone helping Abby know about her stealth powers rather than handwave that, if possible. Before the event log starts. (Which also means someone knows her powers exist.)

Abby will also probably take the time to look into Wild Magic since this place seems like a good point to investigate.

Activities: Bay needs a roommate, if anyone wants a girl who has opinions on the whole full face mask thing. Otherwise she'll be planning to learn about the Fae whatever way she can, with her focus on looking into their arts and ceremonies. During the opening, she might be asking someone to help share what's being said so she can follow.

She'll be going to the Masqurade (but not enjoying it).

Disguise: She's not trying too hard, she's the only Deaf summoned she cannot disguise that detail.

Masquerade Plans: Bay won't talk to anyone in a mask that covers their mouth. She'll just curtsy and leave them. She'll generally be in a sour mood all event and very easy to recognize.

General plans: This is going to be Bay's chance to meet everyone so if anyone wants CR she'll be all over the place.

+ Favor Earning! Sylvain wants to win some of those glamour items so I would love to give him a couple threads to accomplish this. The mount handling/taming definitely caught my eye because of his love of horses and skill there, but I'd also be up for hunting, trying weird foods, or any of the other methods, if you're looking for a partner in crime to attempt something fun!
+ Exploring. Sylvain loves seeing new places and learning all about them and this will be no exception - he'll be pretty fascinated by the fey in general. Anyone want to see what there is to see in this city? He'd also definitely want to be present to witness the demonstrations put on and he'd be very aware of trying not to offend their hosts if possible.
+ He's definitely going to be too tall for a lot of their doors, oops. That's probably going to be a problem. >.>

Disguise:

Sylvain's drifting a little away from his usual go-to of bold colors because he's definitely trying to keep his real identity a secret here. So he's going to be looking for a way to change his hair/hair color since that stands out way too much. Also, I'd love to send him the fox/jackal route because it feels pretty fitting for him, and if I can get above glam items to give him ears and tail all the better! He's going to be wearing something like this with a fox/jackal mask to cover his face. I'd love to change the appearance of his hair for an evening if possible, probably something like this, complete with the ears. Someone to help him with the idea or the magic required to make it happen would be appreciated!

Masquerade Plans:

He'll definitely be trying to keep his identity hidden throughout the evening, although those more familiar with him are welcome to guess. He'd also be trying to guess who others are to see if he can get rid of those pins, he's all about a friendly competition. He also loves a good party and can be counted on if your character needs a little enabling or urging to try something new. Come dance with him, or maybe you want to flirt a little behind the protection of anonymity and he is definitely here to take part in that, too.

+ Natasha wants to learn all she can about the Fey and their home. I may be tossing her to meet some of the NPC's or generally just sticking her nose everywhere to learn what she can. Anyone wanna come investigate or explore with her? The whole 'the Feywilds has an emphasis on trickery, ethereal qualities, and venoms/poisons' really makes the whole place sound right up her alley!
+ She's definitely going to want to earn favor while here and luckily that is a language she speaks very well. I'm especially interested in the hunting and sociability aspects for her, and maybe a magical demonstration, although I'm not certain on that one and neither is she. She could maybe use some encouraging there.
+ Shopping! As long as she earns some of that favor, anyway, there are definitely some things here I'm sure she'd be fascinated to pick up. And she could use some finishing touches for her masquerade attire.

Disguise:

Since Natasha tends to favor darker colors in general, she's going a very different route this time. She'll be sporting a colorful bird theme with a gown, bird mask, and charming her hair differently to boot! Glamour items permitting, I'd also like to give her wings, or perhaps a cape magicked to appear like them, made out of matching feathers to complete the ensemble.

Masquerade Plans:

Natasha is available to help anyone with their own costumes, if someone needs a fashion advisor or just an extra hand! She'll definitely be looking to enjoy herself for the evening of the masquerade, whether she knows who you are or not. But you can be sure she'll be trying to guess and/or find her some of her friends among the masked Summoned. She's not at all shy, so she won't mind being approached or needing to do the approaching. Come dance with her or just hang out and chat for a bit! She'll definitely be playing a bit of the social butterfly this evening.

→ he'll probably check out some of the magic demonstrations since he's learned that he'd be able to do magic in this place but hasn't really tried.

Is anyone hurt? Are any of you doing questionable things that cause injury? She'll help with any injuries/illness

Since she's done the whole gathering intel thing before, she'll have no problem doing that again if anyone wants to buddy up and swap info.

I don't think she'll have any problem earning favors, but she'll be happy to help others earn them!

Disguise: A mushroom has entered the party. With a fun mask! Her nickname will be a rerun of La Dame Blanche, but unless you're Lord John, that's not a name anyone else will know.

Masquerade Plans: She will 100% need help getting dressed lmao. I think maybe her close CR could put together that the giant mushroom person is Claire, but who knows! You tell me. Her hair will be up and only her bare arms will be exposed. And because it'll help throw people off (and pending mod response) she'll either be speaking in French with a higher-pitched voice, or an American accent.

General plans: She'll definitely luxuriate in the baths because hell yes. But mostly I plan to have her bopping around and getting involved with anyone who might want to buddy up with her!

Definitely intrigued by the hunting grounds. He was something of a hunter in his human days and now he's an apex predator himself, so he'll be glad to team up with someone looking for a partner.

Generally earning favours will be easy for him (he already has the unique eye colour on lock), but he's spent years milling with upper class and is, technically, an aristocrat so he knows how to go through the motions.

Lestat can't taste food so he'll be up for trying strange things with others. It's cheating but when has that stopped him?

His inherent curiosity will have him paying attention. In general if people want to explore or do things, you'll have an amicable companion in Lestat to go along.

Disguise:

The name he uses will probably be Lélio, since no one here would think to associate him with the character.

Mask will likely only obscure half the face, but that's TBD.

Costume as a whole is still being thought of. He'll try to veer away from what people might associate with him, so nothing dark or macabre or vampire. Maybe something sunshiney or floral. Also TBD.

Disguising his voice is an absolute must, in the way of hiding his accent. He's very French. It's too much of a give away. Ideally he'll do this with some sort of Fey thing, but worst case he can put on a different accent fine enough on his own.

Masquerade Plans:

Lestat loves a party and he loves a game. He's gonna be vibing.

Certainly if asked he'll lend a hand to someone. He learned from the gala that some people are simply disinclined towards fashion and need assistance.

He doesn't do things by halves, his costume will be all in, as is befitting of the custom and the spirit of the night.

If you've spent some time staring at the lower half of his face, you may have a chance to pick him out as that will be visible, but he's going to be as thoughtful as he can be with his answers and his own questions. Not lying, but not giving it away. Absolutely up for chats if people want to figure him out or not!

General plans:

A masquerade that involves giving people pins is going to be mildly triggering to him, so while he's going to lean into it, there might be some melancholy and pensiveness at times.

Disguise: wanda will be helping her out since she'll not only be reluctant to dress up, she won't really know where to begin. i'm thinking she'd resemble a xenomorph.

Masquerade Plans: in spite of the elaborateness of her disguise (thanks wanda), she'll probably be easy to spot based on her demeanor and behavior, which she won't really care about. at the actual event she'll be eavesdropping where she can and trying to talk to people, again, not sure whether i want this to go great or really, really badly.

General plans: snooping, exploring the lands, tentatively starting exploring magic? and meeting more people!

HE IS OPEN FOR A RANDOM ROOMMATE IF ANYONE WANTS TO ROOM WITH HIM, but he'll be spending a lot of his time out and about. if anyone needs a friend to help earn favors, he is absolutely down to help anyone who might need it! unless someone wants to try get him to dress up / do something unique with his appearance, a lot of what he's going to be working with is hunting skills, sociability, and consuming anything offerred to him.

Disguise: disguise wise, steve doesn't really have a TON of ideas or creativity, but he will end up getting swept up in the excitement of it and will have plenty of enthusiasm for it. he doesn't totally understand the 'disguise yourself' part of it because he's pretty okay with being himself, but as they get closer and closer to the actual masquerade, he's definitely going to be trying harder.

general ideas that will most likely be where steve end up will be something pretty royal and fantasy that he will initially be out of his comfort zone, but will get used to it as time goes on. his mask will be the main thing he gets that looks different/interesting/out there, and will be distinctly wolf themed.

Masquerade Plans: he will absolutely be open for being a dance partner for anyone who needs it, but he's not going to be able to keep himself from being...himself. so if you know steve, you'll be able to figure him out pretty quickly. so if anyone wants to get rid of some of their butterfly pins....LOL

Activities: oh, yennefer is SO EXCITED about this whole ordeal and she is going to be going all out for this masquerade. she'll be exploring around quite a bit, and will be earning some favors while she's at it. most of her attention will be on gathering as much information as she can about the fey, both in terms of their opinion on the summoned specifically and also regarding thorne.

Disguise: She will be presenting male, appearing a bit taller and carrying herself as such. The title she will be going as will be Taedh y Aenye (Poet of Fire) in elder, and her outfit will take a generally sleek shape (the middle option) with the hood up. The lining of her cloak, sleeves, and hood will be glamoured as such to appear as it is actively on fire (a low flame, not a raging flame) with some small amount of smoke hovering around her ankles and arms. Her mask will be a full-face semi-outline of a skull that is backlit also by a glow of fire from under the hood, though it does not give off any heat or actual smoke. (thank you Stephen and Istredd for both being roped into helping the magic of her outfit hold together)

Masquerade Plans: Yennefer is going fully into this game and because of such, will be fairly difficult to distinguish if you didn't already know her plans. So much so that she's actually disguising herself to look like Anakin under the actual disguise itself, so unless you know Elder it will be pretty difficult to know it's her, and while she might give some clues, if you don't really know her it will be pretty difficult to tell. She will be doing her best to figure out others as well, and will end up giving away the three tokens for those she is certain about. (competitive? much?)

She will be dancing and taking part in all manner of food and drink though it's kind of difficult to tell how she will through all the magic. She is going to be doing a lot of work to talk to as many people as possible, both Summoned and locals (since the Summoned will most likely be pretty easy to tell).

Oh, also, she is definitely going to be flirting shamelessly because she absolutely is going to be enjoying the fact she is not herself here and therefore doesn't have all her responsibilities and titles attached.

- Might need to be stopped from parting with some of his hair. He's a magician, he all too well knows he shouldn't but the temptation is strong and fairies are pretty.
- Will gladly help others with earning favors for them.
- Somebody please dare him to try weird food and drinks

Disguise: Kell is going to be taking advantage of Fey encouraging participants of Masquerade to dress as opposite gender and going as a lady. He'll ask Istredd to change his hair color to black and make them longer. His outfit theme would have bird and roses motifs. He'll be wearing a blue dress with a bird mask, plus a lot of rose-themed jewellery, anklets with little bells and one teapot necklace to see if anyone catches the reference.

Will need help coming up with an original pseudonym.

Masquerade Plans: Dancing, so much dancing. Kell is very committed to his disguise, so he will attempt to be social, but it's him so it's likely to spectacularly backfire. He's still his awkward self, so might go for mysterious shy aloof lady vibe. Talking and (Saints forbid) flirting are not his strong sides, but he's a good dance partner. So come dance with a pretty bird lady.
As for hiding his identity, Kell is going all out with the disguise, but he thinks he left enough clues for people who know him to figure out that it's him. Said people who know him would also be able to pick up on his awful habit of slouching. He's only aware he's doing it like 10% of the time, will try to correct his posture if he catches himself doing it, but might fail more often than not.

General plans: The Fey are going to endlessly fascinate him, so he's going to let his guard down a bit there. Going in full disguise is one of the Very Few Situations where he'd allow himself to try things he's too scared to try otherwise. Like Actually Interacting and Talking to People. Maybe even flirting, if he's feels bold enough.
In general, he wants to see all the things and witness/learn as much magic as he can, so will be exploring a lot.

Activities: Cas will be rooming with Dean and Jo. At some point, he'll be hunting in the Duskwoods with Geralt. Other than that, here's some general things I might be throwing him at:

▹ Giant bees!!! He'll be going for the honey pellets currency things via putting the bees to sleep and trying to leave them some nice flowers to wake up to, because he loves them. He'll he frowning intensely at anyone treating the bees roughly or disrespectfully, they're very important to the ecosystem and how dare you
▹ Wing decorating?? His aren't really corporeal so idk if this one's really possible, I might be tossing a question for the mods on it. Maybe they have a magic drape thing they can hand on inter-dimensional wings
▹ Training to ride one of them snail mounts, they're cute af and Cas will love them
▹ Magical demonstration: he's much more inclined to be doing this to entertain lil fey kiddos than any kind of combat or show
▹ Eating everything. There's nothing he won't be willing to try, without hesitation.
▹ Probably gonna kiss some fairies, ya boy needs some currency
▹ The Listening Tree: he'll probably be spending a whole lot of time here, because that sounds peaceful as hell, and his room is likely to be real awkward for a while. since he doesn't need to sleep, doing some meditation here will be his favorite

Disguise: His pseudonym is Beyonce and I'm not accepting criticism at this time.
Assuming I can get all the items I need, here's the ideal costume: Cas is fully committing to the make yourself unrecognizable assignment. He's wearing a silver, winged mask, with several more draping chains at the bottom edge that make a solid curtain over the lower half of his face. At the center of each flower below the wings are eyes with a swirl of galaxy-like color around the pupil. They're unblinking but seem to follow people as they pass. Underneath it, via wig or Fey item, Cas wears long, holographic-white hair that's draped down his back in loose braids, because lbr his hair is boring. Since most Summoned haven't seen any more of Cas's bare skin than his face and hands, he's hopped to the opposite end of the spectrum with the gown he wears, covered in abstract, twisted metal designs and flowing fabric with a gossamer shine. Over every inch of visible skin, eyes and teeth have been drawn/temporary tattooed on. Multiple illusionary rings of light etched with strange sigils (or additional eyes, one can never have enough eyes, or wheels) flash in and out of being to oscillate around his head or torso. And, of course, big ol' incorporeal wings that shimmer in and out of existence in the right light. Please and thank you, Seelie magic.

Masquerade Plans: Cas miiight need help with his outfit, depending on how much of it i can actually get for him. I'm hoping the eyes and teeth temp tattoo things can be an illusion spell thing bc ain't nobody going to want to do all that. Maybe the Fey have Henna stations?? He's not likely to be very recognizable (to anyone that hasn't overheard Agent Beyonce before), and Cas will be speaking as little as possible, since his voice is a dead give away. He might try to overlay it a little with his true voice so maybe you're more distracted with the sudden onset tinnitus?? He's not turning away any food or drinks, so homie might be tispy. Will dance, will check out the rose maze and give food to the giant butterflies so they don't eat his hair.
