I submitted a roll for the possibility of being the one to face The Watcher in the Water and I've got no clue how that'll pan out, but I saw in your comment that Vash had a vision through the Watcher's eyes so Wrench would probably be very interested in whether or not that gleaned any relevant information about the Watcher itself. (And if Wrench wouldn't, I would. LMAO.)

But yes, love the idea of some triage work as well. Wrench is very used to violence so blood and guts don't bother him much at all, but he's kind of an asshole when it comes to field medicine. He'd very much be the type to be like, "I'm saving your life! Why are you blubbering?" while fully cauterizing someone without anesthesia or something.
