It's time for activity check! Activity requirements are outlined below. If you have any additional questions, you can reach out to us on the FAQ.

You'll be required to submit a minimum of two threads with a brief summary of what each thread entails. While there's no minimum comment count for linked threads, please note the following:

• Interactivity with other players and overall engagement is important. We haven't implemented a minimum comment count since we understand threads might be started late in the month or are slow for reasons of conflicting availability. That said, we are not a check-in AC game. Submitted threads should demonstrate a level of interaction with the game, its plot, and the wider playerbase. If we notice a pattern of responding to threads only after the AC post has gone up, making threads solely to fulfill AC requirements, or frequently dropped threads (especially after AC is approved), we will have an individual discussion with the player in question.


• TDM threads, network threads, and inbox threads are acceptable as proofs for AC, but should not make up the total of both proofs (i.e. your two thread proofs submitted for AC cannot consist only of inbox threads). At least one proof should be a log thread - both proofs cannot be network-style comment spam.


• Backdated threads from the previous month are acceptable, so long as the comments linked take place during the current AC month and the thread has not been used for a previous AC or for AC rewards. Backdated threads that were started at the end of the previous month are especially fine. If we notice a consistent pattern of backdated threads started at the beginning of the previous month with very sparse comments or regularly dropped threads, then we may have an individual discussion with the player in question.


• Link individual threads rather than entire logs or top levels if you plan on using any additional threads in those logs or top levels to purchase bonus Activity Rewards (see below). This will help us keep keep track which thread has already been submitted where.


• All players are expected to reply, including if they've submitted a hiatus. Failing to post to AC before closure will count as idling out. If you think you'll be unable to post during this time period or extenuating circumstances prevented you from posting please contact the mods.

Notable actions: Having finally published his first book, Kell found it (to his surprise) in Nether's library. Earlier in the month, he went out with Istredd to fix Nott's main pier smashed by Watcher in the Water. In Nether, he was actively helping to gather supplies, assisting people developing the cure, babysitting little dragons with Wilhelm, and generally sightseeing and making Notes (TM) about Nether and Draconae (wait for his next book to feature them)

Thread 2 Link + Summary: with Wylan, how knowledge does not come from books only
Power or physical gain: Horizon gain (because I completely forgot about it for him) Detect poison and disease. This power lets Cadfael detect and recognise poisons either in food and drink, or as poisonous plants, animals or fungi, as well as diseased animals and to less extent illnesses in humans. For non-humans he can only tell if they are sick. With humans, this skill aids his already existing knowledge as a medic and works best with ailments he's already familiar with. (Inspired by D&D Detect poison and disease)
Notable actions: Cadfael attempted (and failed) to catch the rookie dragon hatchling, went out gathering resources and added his skills as an experienced herbalist and no small amount of effort to developing the cure, in cooperation with Nadine they tried to help Draconae grow new Anoix plants (it is a late and slow moving thread, but this has been a tough month)
