So in the first hundred...200 years Viktor is going to be working on the Summoning ritual still, and will probably crowdsource; so that might be a good way for them to meet! up to you if you want them to collaborate further than that; Viktor has a great interest in magic and also combining magic with *~*~*technology*~*~* so that might be a fun springboard!
