Crane doesn't force obedience like Thanos does. He uses a softer and subtler manipulative approach like Nurse Ratched if you've seen the film? He knows his strengths aren't physical. He enforces obedience by levereging his position to create a favourable atmosphere. He is as morally wrong but uses different methods. But her questioning his approach is all good!

One thing I wanted to explore is moral opposition and this would be lovely. I've wanted to get some CR going with Nebula and this event seems to be a good opportunity? Perhaps not for the aftermath since characters retain memories of this event. But that's something we can figure out later?

Some of those he helps legally lack the capacity to make their own decisions. Others are struggling to function. He would point to how his help is enabling both. If that would be something Nebula would get stuck into?
