What is the level of technology re: costumes in this era? For our purposes we're inquiring about inflatable costumes -- possible through magic? Can costumer-y be done through magic to enhance it? (Thinking specifically like ridiculous transformations like Beetlejuice's tiny head, etc.) Is there any consequence/bad juju from transforming a human into something else?
