Phoenix is going to Solvunn with Kay. He doesn't understand the Singularity, and trying to control it AND trying to destroy it both sound like bad ideas... plus he just wants Kay out of the way of people who think it's okay to imprison and/or disappear innocent teenage girls. And look at that! All of his clients are free now, so looks like he's out of the job and he'd best go elsewhere now.
He'll try to help anyone he can, but his priority will be minors who look lost or afraid.
Louis has absolutely no stake in this conflict and doesn't really understand the whole Singularity thing (and no one's led him into the Horizon yet), but he knows that he's been lumped in with all the other off-worlders and they're all breaking every law on the books. He thinks it's best to get out of dodge, and will basically take a gamble and go to the Free Cities and see if Thorne's greatest enemy has more information for him to either get back home or build a life here. He'll likely settle in Libertas or Aquila, and he'll likely start gaining influence in its underworld within the week.
On his way out, Louis is on a temporary prosthetic, so he's not exactly good for running. He'll be damned before he asks anyone for help, though, so he's going to hobble as gracefully as he can to the library to pack up a few really good spell books, grab essentials from a few frozen natives (like a bag, cash, and a change of clothes), and then haul out. He's going to get a really cool tech-y prosthetic in the Free Cities later, after he's suitably gathered some clout.
