He’ll grant that yes, some of them were cast out because either they or other members of their families committed crimes. He’s well aware of this because Cadaevos granted him the power to sense the auras of those who have done wrong, and that power has further increased of late. But even so, it’s no help to whatever kind of society these people are trying to create or the inter-territory war they’re trying to avoid if Solvunn just denounces and ignores a third of its population.
