Important Notices

◎ Nocwich is OPEN every first weekend of each month. Characters can get some cross-border CR here. Beyond those 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and outside of game events, characters from opposing territories will only be able to see each other in the Horizon.

◎ Because this was our final app round, we will not be having a CR Meme in February. However, we will have one final CR Meme in March for existing players right before the conclusion kicks off.

A Look Ahead

The OOC Plotting is scheduled for the 13th of this month, while the IC Event Log is scheduled for the 15th. The event will involve winter themes and some lighthearted festivities in a territory some have visited before. In-person cross-territory interactions will be available throughout the event. A much more serious disruption will occur at the end of the event so stay tuned!

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Wilhelm used to be the crown prince of Sweden and it sucked. Now he's here and, despite living in the gilded cage that is Thorne, he has a lot more choice in what he does with his life, so that's cool. Anxious, depressed, and generally a mess, but trying to be better. Allergic to being the center of attention. Stubborn for better or for worse. Kind and sweet but sometimes a little feral.

- Friends! Especially younger folks. (He's 19 now somehow. Good thing the game is closing before he's kicked off the teen squad.)

- New to magic? He's been there too, and after many struggles he's gained confidence and control. He's happy to help others who are intimidated by magic or think it isn't for them.

PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN:

- He's using his time in Abraxas as an opportunity to explore what he actually wants out of life, away from his family's expectations. He also has a habit of latching onto others who are in the same boat (or different boat, same river?) and encouraging them in their ~journey~.
- Figuring out ways to be useful, things to keep himself from sinking into existential despair busy, etc.
- He's starting to pay more attention to politics in Thorne, and I'm interested in pushing him to find ways to apply his knowledge of the interior workings of court politics, especially as the game heads toward a conclusion.
- He's works as a courier in the castle town, Nott, and Borrel, giving him plenty of reason to be out and about. He's probably the number one fan of the bikes Viktor and Kyle collaborated on.

CHARACTER INFORMATION:

An office clerk by trade, James has led a very happy life with his wife Mary for several years until she became ill with an incurable disease and things began to disintegrate. After the disease took his wife three years ago, he is drawn into Silent Hill via a letter he received from her, claiming to be waiting there for him in their special place. Unbeknownst to James, the town he once viewed as a reminder of happier times, has been overrun by cult members of The Order who caused it to be a breeding ground for 'The Other World' who draws in people who have things they are running from. Please note: I am playing him from prior to entering the Lakeview Hotel with a 'in water' ending. He doesn't know what he did, but he feels the guilt and memory of the truth deep in him and this may influence his actions here.

CR YOU WANT: Anything is truly welcome- he'll be more hesitant on anything involving alcohol, bars, and such due to his issues with alcohol dependency.
CR YOU DON'T WANT: Honestly, I hesitate on taking on any real negative CR for this particular character as he isn't a mean/bad person, he's just kinda depressive as of late. Your character can absolutely be mean/cruel to him, he'll just take it lol.

» this iteration of james is significantly more willing to help others and get involved in things, even if he doesn't put that much energy or emotion into things. so he will be more likely to get involved in other people's goals or desires. I want to take full advantage of that!
» he will most likely be enlisting in the military for the sake of trying to find his wife, and will be clinging onto that obsessive hope of being with her again (20+ years of obsession iykyk)
» biggest goal is for him to come out of his obsession and move on with his life somehow! he's depressive and generally very apathetic about things, so I want him to come out of that funk and realize redemption can be sought through doing better things for himself and others.

Viktor is a scientist-slash-genius engineer-slash-BIG NERD. He's spent the last 6-7 years developing magitech with his research partner, which has not necessarily played out as he would have hoped, with much of his work being co-opted by rich people who are only interested in doing rich people things. He comes off as a fussy academic but is actually an agent of chaos who loves to break rules and do weird science and ponder orbs. Despite his general penchant for putting himself in danger by screwing around with unknown forces he does not fully understand and can't control, he is an idealistic, highly principled individual who believes that the purpose of scientific advancement is to improve lives. He’s soft-spoken but quietly ambitious, intellectually curious, and kind of an obsessive workaholic who is preoccupied with legacy.

I have an info and permissions post here and his app is here for further reading. He used to be terminally ill and still thinks about it sometimes so I have an opt out just in case. Comments are screened!

CR YOU WANT:

✷ Science types, baybe. He hangs around the Cadens academies and likes to be in tune with the general scientific goings-on of the city. If you’re an engineer or a mechanic or another scientifically-inclined individual he would like to connect and swap notes! Also, you know, people to do weird magitech experiments with?? Technologically-inclined people to mentor??? He has, like, an undisclosed number of degrees and likes to talk about math and physics and stuff.
✷ BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS. He wants to connect with people who can do things that he cannot, like go out on dangerous adventures and acquire exciting resources and bring him cool things. IN RETURN: He can fix your shit. He can make you stuff, provided it's not guns! I really want to lean into this now that he has more time/energy for it.

✷ Generally, his work involves faking magic via technological methods. He is usually testing projects in the Horizon. if you want to stop by and say hi and ask him what the hell he’s doing.
✷ Viktor has a business venture for all your "making things" needs. Bring him your terrible napkin scribbles and he will make your dreams a reality. Always love to get him working on projects. Pitch him any and all of your ideas, no matter how stupid.
✷ HELP WANTED!! Viktor cannot manage said business on his own. Do you have a character who needs a JOB? A scientifically-inclined guy who might want to be a workshop assistant? Someone who can take the occasional trip to Aquila to manage operations? There may be an OPPORTUNITY for YOU.
✷ Viktor has some secret designs to puzzle out the Summoning ritual so that he can create the universe that he wants (this is bad of him). I would like him to talk to other people who plan to stay in Abraxas, or desperately want to leave Abraxas, and also maybe anyone who has knowledge of the multiverse. Just think it might be interesting!!!
✷ He is level 8 influence and has an honorary doctorate from the Grand Academy of General Science, which he hates
✷ Post god-AU he sort of has a renewed interest in physiological augmentation (on himself) and is kind of getting into more actively practicing his related magic in that department, if anyone needs a buddy. or wants to be distressed by this
✷ Once upon a time Viktor did some illegal human experimentation on himself to cure his terminal illness. It worked! But it was definitely shady and in the aftermath the government raided his lab and stole all of the stuff he didn’t manage to burn and/or smash. They have now used the technology to bomb Thorne Castle and he is in Despair. He’s keeping this information among close friends but if you want to do something with this knowledge I am happy to make this Known
✷ A note that I am PROBABLY canon updating to maybe 2/3 of the way thru season 2 in the new year. I’m hoping to dovetail all of the above, plus the lore of the game with some spoilers you can highlight here:

tl;dr Viktor merges with his magic supercomputer and achieves a sort of apotheosis not dissimilar to the God AU event. He gains some powers and also access to what is effectively the astral plane, which I think ties in very well with both his multiversal aspirations and the presumed fate of the Summoned. He’s seen what’s possible! He’s never been closer to achieving his goal! Hopefully it doesn’t end badly!!!!

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Alucard was among the first Summoned that Thorne ever dragged through. Arriving having not only lost his mother but committed patricide and nearly been murdered during acts of intimacy, he was not at his best. Since then, he's gained a reputation as an architect and works with Jaskier to put on art events in the city. Following event 18 and some soul searching, he is taking a hiatus from his architectural firm to focus on other pursuits, primarily shoring up the faltering arts sector in the Free Cities thanks to Thorne’s attack. He also now has a sweet skeletal stained glass finger as a souvenir from event 18 that he still feels mixed about. Overall though, Alucard has settled into life in Abraxas and isn't really looking to go anywhere.
CR YOU WANT: As we move into endgame, I'm really invested in CR that explores themes that tie to where Alucard seems to have landed
φ Questions of family legacy and how they change over time, especially how one's relationship with their parents changes in adulthood.
φ Continuing to explore the gods of Abraxas and how inevitable becoming a part of them is
φ Fellow semi- or non-humans.
φ Exploring what it means to live selfishly versus selflessly and what sacrifices both demands. Alucard has found that being selfish has served him far better in Abraxas than being selfless ever did at home, and I'd like a chance to explicitly address this at this point.
CR YOU DON'T WANT: Hostility without build up. Alucard is at the point where he will indulge in a petty beef, but he will absolutely remove himself from a situation that feels overly aggressive.
PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN:
φ Continuing to explore Ikorr.
φ Documentation of architecture throughout the Free Cities and into Nocwich. This is something that had we more time in game, I'd be building into something larger, but for now, I think that looking at buildings and talking about them with people is a potential way to deepen relationships and build on CR points as outlined above.
φ Religion in general. Al has had a few good conversations with people he trusts about why he has such strong reactions to faith and gods, but I'd like to continue to force him to engage with nuance in all of this.

CHARACTER INFORMATION: The nerdiest of nerds! Istredd is a psionic mage from the Witcher world who is a researcher and archaeologist. He has some previous knowledge of the multiverse and conduits/teleportation to other spheres so he is very focused plot-wise on the Singularity and the big picture concerns about how this world impacts others. He's very involved in the magical and theoretical plots of this place, including the gods and such.
 
Outside of that, Istredd's a leader-ish person within Thorne as a teacher of magic for newbies, especially other Summoned. He helps throw a Thorne mingle to get newbies used to the Horizon/network/whatever. He is also a beginner's magic teacher for Summoned and young mages. His Horizon is a very cool giant library where people can fill in their own books. If you look at the comments, he has added public information about the game history and details that might be of interest to your character. This is public! So your character can easily find it.

He's an introvert and doesn't feel natural with big social situations and yet he's managed to force himself into it a few times, throwing Horizon meet ups to talk to the others. He's a firm believer that they're all in this together. He is seen constantly with his boyfriend Lucifer, they're a package deal in Thorne.

CR YOU WANT: Anything you want! He can teach you magic, talk about the mysteries of the world, or flail at you about the Singularity. He loves theorizing.

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Chris is a 23 year old neurotic half witch, half whitelighter/kind of guardian angel. He traveled back in time to try and save his family after a series of events left his family dead, and his brother turned into an all powerful dickwad who outed magic and took over the entire world. Chris goes back in time to when his brother is only a toddler. After spending the entire year hunting down every possible demon who might have turned his brother, he was killed by his worlds version of an archangel who decided that yeah, maybe these two forbidden half breeds shouldn't have existed in the first place. His brother is kidnapped. Chris is murdered by said archangel and ends up here, hoping that he didn't completely fail and his family will rescue his brother before the trauma can completely warp his mind.

➡ Angel thingsAnyone need a guardian angel? Chris is open for business charges! I'd love for him to talk to other celestial beings too or people with supernatural leanings. He has a kind of iffy relationship with his father and his angel/whitelighter half and I'd really love to explore that. Have him get some better relationships to model off of.

➡Witchy things Witches doing witchy stuff? Collecting potion ingredients? Chris heavily leans into his witch half and really loves that part of himself and his heritage. Chris is going to be trying to remember and modify the Halliwell Book of Shadows for Abraxas. Help him blow stuff up, test spells and collect ingredients? He feels super naked right now.

➡Friends/therapy/hugs Anyone want to help him with his giant inferiority complex? He's also dead, kind of trying to get over that, and once he's able to relax? Whatever. Found family, friends, hugs. CHARACTER INFORMATION: the most beautiful man in teyvat, kaveh is widely regarded as a genius architect who's eye for beauty and function makes him unique in his very practical society. he'd never call himself that, though, because kaveh fully believes that the label of 'genius' is misleading and puts pressure on people that is ultimately unfair to them. kind, generous, and trusting, his selflessness is motivated by his own well-disguised guilt and trauma. but he's fine! look at him! he is a borderline alcoholic, an anxious mess, and absolutely suffers from adhd and depression. he's also horribly bad with money. currently he has gained wings and now that the shock has passed over gaining them, is very thrilled with this turn of events because he thinks they're pretty and highlight his best features. also his childhood best friend and first love roommate is here and kaveh will bitch about that relationship to whoever stands still long enough when he's drunk. he's been hired by viktor so he's easily found there in the workshop.
CR YOU WANT: ANYTHING he's still new so i'd love to deepen some of his existing cr while still meeting more people. artistic people please, he's desperate and wants people who appreciate beauty to come hang with him. i'd love for him to get a support network to help him stop blaming himself when things go wrong, but otherwise i'd love anything and everything! it's very difficult to get negative cr with kaveh because he will consistently blame himself for it, and he deserves to have his feathers ruffled near constantly. also: flamboyant queers. please he needs to find his people.

Eddie is a doomed by the narrative, anxiety-ridden metalhead from 1980s Indiana—but like, a highly cursed town in Indiana that houses an alternate dimension with monsters and creepy shit. Long story short, he had one really bad week that started with him being wanted for a murder he didn’t commit (the satanic panic of it all) and ended with him getting munched on by some mutant monster-bats.

He repeated his senior year twice back home and in game time, he’s lke…22? 23? years old in-game but I lost count. He doesn’t like conformity, but he does like D&D and rock music to an obsessive degree. He’s super dramatic and just a little bit nervous. He’s incredibly intense and might look like he’s gonna strangle you if you even try to insult his favorite bands, but he’s a kind-hearted dude who genuinely wants to help and do the right thing and has a serious soft spot for those who “don’t belong”.

He and Steve are officially a two for one deal in Solvunn and I’m so sorry for the amount of PDA you all are going to be exposed to. It was a long time coming THEY DESERVE THIS.

CR YOU WANT:  I’m here for all kinds of CR! Eddie is generally petty easy and chill to get along with. If you’re one of those aforementioned black sheep or freaks, he’s 100% going to get along with you. But he can be really frustrating and stubborn and intense I you’d like to create some negative CR as well!

Going into endgame, I’m really interested in addressing his fear of abandonment because it’s his main cause of anxiety now and has been growing steadily since the AU event. He’s terrified that eventually, he’s going to be left alone in Abraxas and all the people he loves are going to disappear or leave him behind. Not sure how to address all of that, but it is something I’m interested in focusing on!

But he is unwilling to indulge in politics so is seeking influence in other ways.

Secondly, I am looking for detectives and heroes willing to trail him and investigate rumours suggesting at something dark. I want to explore the relationship between his public persona and who he is beneath the mask. Crane is the mask he wears, Scarecrow is the man behind it. I would love to explore the psychology of that.

wanda is a character that has been shaped by tragedy and loss, thus why she's a tough nut to crack at times. she wields powerful magic—chaos magic—and tries hard to be one of the good guys despite her doing more harm than good with it. at this point, wanda is from post-multiverse of madness. she has claimed her title as the scarlet witch, a being of unfathomable magical power, but given she's from the end of the movie she has seen how she's done wrong, and is currently going to be working on living with all that chaos, loss, and corruption from the darkhold. this basically means that she will have her moments of feeling very sad, guilty, and angry. ngl with the power of love and friendship she's getting there. she will, however, still make stupidly rash decisions with her magic.

additionally, given her mind powers, she can connect (even more so now) with the 'louder' thoughts of others. i tend to play it by ear in threads wherein she picks up on things here and there, but never grabbing onto anything secret/important unless discussed previously; however, here is an opt-out post for that and other mind-related magical skills.

at this point in time, wanda's found something of a home and family within solvunn. she has also created a pact with one of the old gods, soris immaneus, and is looking to understand their place as summoned and the old gods more thoroughly. she's worked on divination as it works in abraxas, and is looking to delve more intrinsically with the magicks of this world. currently, she has a potions shop (of sorts) in the tertiary settlement and is happy to give people fetch quests or exchange goods. more info in general over here!

❀ TALKING ABOUT THE SINGULARITY/MULTIVERSE/TIME TRAVEL/ETC - he's more open lately about his own experience with universe hopping with new cr, and opening up to current CR about his unfortunate history with interdimensional gates. Because of canon shenanigans he carries the memories of an alternate universe of himself, so if your character can somehow magically perceive this, that's cool.

In general, he believes the Singularity is divine itself, or a source of it - and that because of it's connection to the multiverse and seemingly all things it needs to be protected. Maybe that's wrong, tho?? WE'LL SEE.

❀ RELIGIOUS STUFF - Kyle doesn't proselytize, he believes what he believes about his god and if you think that's weird, he generally does not care. He is in LOVE with his god, it's a thing (it's not really healthy but whatever). Since coming to Abraxas he's had to slightly readjust his views on his own religion and the other types of divinity he now understands to exist. IT'S NEAT.

Conversely, he is terrified of that idea that all of THEM might become gods in the future, and live forever as something else not themselves. BOO to the God AU future!

❀ LEAVING THORNE :( - I don't know exactly when this will happen, but definitely as things start escalating he is going to finally bounce. It will be difficult because he had previously chose to stay in Thorne at risk to his own safety during the coup because he did not want to leave his friends there. CR YOU WANT: Going into endgame...

- Allies, still. Girl doesn't trust many people and a few have dropped since the last CR meme, so Sebille needs people who are willing to work with her and be patient with her prickly nature. What she lacks in outward compassion she makes up for in being Ride or Die once you get to know her!

- Friends, people to open up to. Bonus if your character also has similar traits like: being an assassin, has any background related to being enslaved, knows how it feels to kill friends/allies/loved ones. :)

- People who know a lot about this world, the Singularity, and the Horizon. I dropped the ball on getting this rolling but she wants to know EVERYTHING to try to understand this world, especially since she thinks the Singularity is kind of like a god and wants to better understand it.

- Potential rivals and enemies, which isn't likely to happen, but even just people challenging her world view or pushing her to do more good. It's not that she WON'T do good (in fact, she's kind of saving the world back home) but more that she won't immediately jump in all the time, and people trading pragmatic ideas of the world would be interesting.

CR YOU DON'T WANT: N/A, I'm open to everything. As a warning: Sebille is prickly, not overtly nice, and it'll take a while before she really talks about herself/her stuff in a vulnerable way. Like, you gotta be rank 5-6 at least. So I appreciate anyone willing to get CR with her and to invest that time.

- Sebille was told about the Horizon and Singularity and how it's the ~Source~ of magic, and she wants to get over there ASAP. Ooor she'll get more info on the Godwoken/Voidwoken problem. So exploration of the Horizon, the Singularity, discovering its mysteries... Is there even a Void here? Who knows.

CHARACTER INFORMATION:
Teddy can seem, at first glance, like a bit of a contradiction. They're openly queer, have strong socio-political values that with few exceptions qualify as "leftist" if not outright socialist; they're academic and anti-authoritarian in many ways; artsy, tattooed and pierced.
They're also very respectful of tradition and community, as well as religious belief, and appreciate ritual and the idea of something bigger than themself even if they have trouble with organized Christianity. They're hands on and self-sufficient; eager to build, plant, forage, wrangle kids (goats) or kids (humans) etc; they look for ways to help their community even when that community hasn't or wouldn't help them back. They'll openly tell you they wish they had their gun with them.

Teddy's very much a child of her home region of Central Appalachia (and very small towns within that); she just also happens to be queer (and genderqueer) and has, also, had the privilege and space of getting outside the area for college and some touring with her band. It allowed her to pick apart (some of) her own thoughts, and get to see and study a lot of perspectives -- some she agreed with and some she didn't -- which ultimately brought her to a place both as or more critical than she had been as a teenager (which was a lot!) and also much more loving and defensive of her home.

Solvunn was a decent place to get plunked down: almost everything about it (with some obvious exceptions) feels generally familiar. Although the longer Teddy stays, the weirder it gets...

Other notes:
- More linear history on their app, if anyone's interested
- Teddy slightly prefers rolling/rotating pronouns, and more than pronouns prefers nonbinary or masc nouns (eg, person or guy rather than lady or girl,) but will be hesitant to correct someone unless they ask, seem unfazed, or are already trusted for another reason.
- However, do not feel obliged (though feel free) to have your character narrate using the same pronouns that I do for them! Teddy won't be offended. (If your character assumes "he" they may be surprised, but possibly delighted!)
- Teds has temporal lobe epilepsy, which will rarely be a major event as much as a lowkey minor concern of theirs but I have written up a 101 about here. This is also an opt-out for any seizure/related symptom stuff so lmk!

CR YOU WANT: ALL THE CR. GIMME. Especially:
♮ Musicians! Teddy's got a good little crew of musicians around them in Solvunn but is always happy to learn from others and teach others what they know, or just ... geek about it together, jam, etc.
♮ Academics: I often remember to touch on Appalachia and where it peeks in, but they equally code-switch away from being extremely academic around people, so I like to gently nudge them (and myself writing them) into nerdity! If your character is into Learning All The Things or even just waxes philosophical about random stuff, hit them up.
♮ Also, they have sort of a weird reading club in the Horizon with Jack, so if you want to swap books with them, we can handwave something!
♮ Other people from small towns, rural areas or just who have that same kind of everyone-knows-everyone, it's normal to subsistence hunt/garden, everyone here has four wheel drive (if their universe has cars) practicality.
♮ Conversely: absolute city kids who have no idea what that's like (or aren't used to what it's like in this universe), and either want to learn or just need someone to like... please, help them.
♮ Let's be real: Solvunnites in general! Teddy is fairly extroverted especially for one of my characters and they want to know their neighbors. More specifically (and less Solvunn-specific): friends of friends.
♮ Strongly politically opinionated people (both similarly and aggressively not)
♮ Magic-users who want to teach them! Other disabled people (esp neuro- and/or mental health -relatedly, but not exclusive)! People who want to talk about gender! ...and anyone else, honestly.

I think I kind of accidentally half-listed this between the other sections, but things I'd love to explore are:
♮ the concept of possibly being destined to become godlike, what that means, who the Gods actually are and if destiny is even a thing, the implications from the alternate reality and the ensuing events: that whole existential shit, especially for a person with religious trauma and a dislike of hierarchy.

♮ trying to dig deeper into the workings and motives of the various governments and regions (starting with, but not exclusive to Solvunn) and knowing where those machinations are??, and also/at the same time how to functionally just make life better and tangibly improve things for, hopefully everyone or at least the people who need it most

♮ just using both their natural talents (eg, music but also the whole kinda charismatic, persuasive, friendly-but-political Woody-Guthrie-etc bard vibe they can get when they have a cause) and the magic they've learned/acquired to some end

♮ generally creating a place for themself and trying to carve out a sense of belonging and identity, a group of people they trust and feel like family with; befriending friends of friends, etc. I feel like this is both important and especially tragic as we hit endgame...so of course I want it more.

overall, he's a private individual that treasures his alone time, but secretly wants to spend time with people and should.

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Thancred is part of an organization called the Scions of the Seventh Dawn who are dedicated to protecting the realm of Eorzea (and beyond) while not being tied to any one nation, allowing them to not be beholden to political obligations. They do things like fight primals (false gods), save the realm from ancient beings who want to bring about calamities, and lots of other fun stuff. Thancred is particularly skilled in espionage, so he is here for infiltration, reconnaissance, subterfuge, survivalism... the list goes on. He comes off as cocky and charming at first glance, but in reality holds himself to a very high standard where he's constantly trying to prove himself, womp womp. He has gone through some character development in that arena and also had to learn how to be a dad.

CR YOU WANT:
• Thancred is pretty amiable and will strike up a conversation quite easily with just about anyone, though sometimes it might be for an ulterior motive. He might not be 100% open about himself at first, but he also isn't completely a closed book.
• THORNE PALS, COME AT ME. I gotta-catch-em-all with my Thorne buds.
• Specifically, if people visit Nott regularly, he now lives there and would probably take notice and come greet them!
• He enjoys exploring in the Horizon, so any sort of run-in there is always an option.
• Sparring/training partners are always fun!
• Despite all his sneaky stuff, he also fills the tank role, so if you need someone to jump into a fight and take some hits, he's your guy.
• Other dads/parents in general! Let him talk about his daughter. Conversely, he might have a soft spot for teenage girls because he misses Ryne every day.
• Thancred's very close to Himeka, so anyone who is also close to her (or, conversely, who has negative CR with her) is bound to get the third degree from him. Or he'll at least be curious about them.

CR YOU DON'T WANT: Nothing that I can think of, to be honest! I'm down for just about anything, including negative CR if things go that direction. Just expect Thancred to get real sassy if that happens, he doesn't hold back.

PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: This has been the case for a bit now, but Thancred lives permanently in Nott and is currently sharing a modest home with Yennefer and Stephen Strange, with Cassian and River couch-surfing. So he's definitely busy with all that! He's supportive of anyone who wants to distance themselves from the castle.

He is far more dedicated to the safety of the people of Nott and has recently spoken with Lyle Vela, Nott's leader, about this. He's of the feeling that Nott has gotten the short end of the stick far too many times and tries to be of help to them, even if it's just doing odd jobs around town and helping the locals.

He is not at all be opposed to the idea of feeding out information from Thorne to other factions at this point, and has a standing agreement with some Free Cities Summoned about keeping each other in the loop about their respective factions.

Following the god AU event, he is very set on making sure that the whole turning into gods thing doesn't happen. He's disturbed by the implication that he would forget everyone and everything from home and that he would lose his humanity, so he will be fighting against that fate however he can. I would love for him to chat with anyone who feels similarly!

To this end, he and Himeka had the idea of investigating a way to store memories, as it seems that many of them forget things during the god AU, and also that people who have returned home and come back have also often forgotten everything. The mods have approved them finding methods of doing this via an enchanted orb or mirror, though there are limits on the storage capabilities. He will openly talk about this with anyone he knows and trusts decently well!

Even with everything that happened with the AU event, he has a vested interest in the old gods and potentially doing something about them if they turn out to be a threat to people's safety. This is just part and parcel with what he did as a Scion, so he's always keeping at least one eye on that. Even knowing that they used to be Summoned as well (at least some of them), he knows firsthand now that they may be beyond reason.

He's still figuring out how to be a functioning adult human in a functional society, but he's getting there! He's starting to develop real connections with other people, and he's trying very hard to get over all his trauma. And dark secrets. He's got some dark secrets he could really use talking about.

He's working as a carpenter and at the Summoned run inn as handyman/caretaker.

CR YOU WANT: I am open to anything! Arthur needs friends, he's new to this whole friendship thing. He was used to very shallow, surface level relationships pre-Abraxas. He's started opening up to people lately and I really want to get him opening up more and sharing things he really needs to.

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Sam Winchester is a born-and-raised hunter of the supernatural. Years into this, he's learned that being a hunter is who you are and not what you do. He has embraced found family but has never lost the codependent relationship he has with his brother, Dean. Sam takes care of himself, does the bulk of the research when he needs to, and can go toe-to-toe with most things. He's the compassionate, practical brother but he too has his limits.

CR YOU WANT:

Sam and I are both new, I want it all. Sam needs to meet everyone who Dean already knows and then some. Sam gets along with other compassionate, outside-the-box thinkers who can hold their own and take a few punches. I am completely open, especially once his Horizon is open or Nocwich encounters. To quote a song from Baby The Musical, I want it all.

He will have his hangups with various celestials in game but that doesn't mean I don't want the CR, no matter how it unfolds. Lucifer has a bf what?

I really only like to avoid negative CR with no point behind it. I love and thrive on conflict and a slow-burn connection of any kind, but if it's not going anywhere your character just has a hate-on, I'm not very interested and I'll likely drop our thread.

I am shiny penny new here, but I would love thread of all kinds. Off the top of my head, Sam is going to start to earn money through hunting, so hire him to hunt something! Or, come with him! I will say it again. Anybody with any Dean CR, come at him. It's incredibly expected that you will talk to Sam eventually. Why not sooner rather than later?

Hey Brandon I THINK we played back in the day in Meadowlark? I played Quentin from Magicians there.

I play Julia Wicker from the Magicians now and she did know Sam before, so she'll be delighted to see him again even if he doesn't remember her. She's a powerful witch (a goddess in fact) who drops pop culture references almost as much as Dean. She's very close with Dean.
