Updates and Upcoming Events

Hello Abraxans! As the end of the month approaches, we have some brief updates to bring to your attention!

Influence and Notable Actions

First, we have revised our Influence page to clarify some of the wording and hopefully make the system a little less daunting and easier to understand. At this point, unless they have been making a deliberate effort to stay under the radar, most characters would be eligible to upgrade to level 1 at least. Please feel free to check it out!

We'd also like to remind you all to check in for November's AC post, and draw your attention to the new, optional field on the AC form: Notable actions! We'll be using this information when compiling our new monthly State of the Game newsletter, the first of which will be posted at the beginning of December.

Event #4: The Dimming

Lastly, we have updated our calendar with dates for our upcoming modplot event! A full OOC planning post will be going up on Saturday, December 11th, but as a teaser preview: this event will be our first to include an optional inter-faction PvP mission! We've designed this plot to allow for conflict of a combative or diplomatic nature, with consequences for each faction based on their degree of success.

Can we assume characters that are human flashlights/have light powers will be a sought after resource during this presumably dark time? 👀

You may assume that all characters willing to use their power(s) in the service of their faction will be called upon! Having a human torch on the darkest night of the year could definitely come in handy...
