The Dimming | LINK
With the involvement of the Summoned, this year's Dimming resulted in a clash between all three factions, as each nation made a play for the caskets normally taken to the Singularity by Thorne. Characters who participated and may have been seen during the subsequent awarding ceremonies/celebrations include but is not limited to: Kylo Ren, Himeka Sui, Yennefer of Vengerberg, Hector, Ronan Lynch, Link, Sasarai, Sam Wilson, Goro, Leonard McCoy, Stephen Strange, Castiel, Dean Winchester, Jordan Hennessy, Emet-Selch

Goro | LinkMarlo ReinerDetermined to push forward with his goals, Goro catches the attention of the Prime Minister during his rally and has a sit down with her. He even brings his own chair. Characters in Cadens are likely to have heard of the rally or even witnessed it, given the public nature of this matter.
Geralt of Rivia | LinkMarlo ReinerFollowing his capture in Thorne, Geralt has a brief conversation with the Marlo about it and comes away knowing not too much more.

Goro proceeds spur the people of Cadens into action towards Solvunn after the events of Eifstide, which culminated in a rally outside the Prime Minister's office. Other characters possibly seen involved in the area: Sam Wilson, Cloud Strife

During the Dimming celebration, onlookers and passersby may have noticed a particular man gripping Aleksander's rod with far more intensity than normal. He lasted an impressive 15 minutes.
