There is no formal introduction log for characters joining the game, which means that players are free to introduce their characters however they would like.

Upcoming modplot will be announced on the OOC community and signal boosted on Plurk! Event #7's OOC plotting post is scheduled for the 13th of this month, while the IC event post itself is scheduled to go up on the 16th. Stay tuned! Characters might discover there's something to the Singularity's Eye after all...

CHARACTER NAME: Diana of Themyscira, a.k.a. Diana Prince
CANON: DCEU
SIGN: The Empress.
FACTION: Free Cities

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Diana is an immortal Amazon from the hidden mythical island of Themyscira. After spending thousands of years preparing to defend mankind in an inevitable and cataclysmic war, a WWI spy crash-landed on the island, told the Amazons about the war, and when nobody else would go with him to fight, Diana ran away with him to go kill Ares, the God of War, who was responsible for starting and perpetuating WWI. After kicking some ass and being a good, soft girl, she learned that she's actually a daughter of Zeus, and has been grappling with her new identity as well as mourning the death of said WWI spy who she kind of fell in love with (whoops).
CR YOU WANT: I am here for any kind of CR! Definitely people who can kind of teach Diana more about people and other worlds in general, magic (!!), people she can spar with or teach combat to, mentorships, people who want to work with her to Do Good Deeds™, people who will help her into the Horizon and build up her domain, and anyone who needs a Mom Figure in their life (or just a Diana figure in general).

PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN:
↠ Once Diana learns more about the Singularity and its potential connection to the gods of this world, she's going to want to investigate that in an effort to learn more about herself.
↠ Even though she's a soldier, she'd prefer to avoid any kind of war if possible, and will try working towards settling things between the factions peacefully.
↠ I'm definitely interested in having her learn magic! She has an affinity for it already, but has never worked towards learning any, instead having focused on physical training for like 5000 years.
↠ She has only recently realized that the world full of all kinds of shades of gray, and is kind of grappling with that fact. I'd be interested in putting her in more situations where she has to come to terms with the world not being as black-and-white as she always was taught it would be.

I have Jayce here who checks some of the boxes, interest in the Singularity and magic, avoiding war at all costs (he learned a lesson there), also someone who struggles with gray morality stuff since he wants to be good a lot!

I also have Jesper Fahey from the Shadow and Bone books, he's a cheerful and charming roguish youngster very comfortable with moral gray. He has supernatural abilities he uses much more freely now and can help encourage her in that area. They both will be very impressed with how awesome she is.

i would love all of this cr! i know nothing about shadow and bone but that's ok, she will see a young man and think to herself, "a baby" immediately. also jayce, babe, you seem like you need a hug. the horrors of war are rough on a person, she should know.

Hello and welcome to the game!! I love Diana and would totally throw both of my characters at her given the opportunity.

I have one sorceress lizard (here) and one wacky woohoo pizza demon hunter, both are woefully not in the FC.

But! If Diana wants to learn about magicks Himeka would be happy to share what she knows even in Horizon. And she LOVES sharing and hearing stories about other people's worlds, if Diana would like to share.

I also generally love throwing Dante at women who could destroy him and she definitely fits that bill.

yes, please show her magic things! she's probably going to start off like "haha no magic is not for me" and then realize she's kinda good at it and become a Huge Nerd about it. she'll also talk about themyscira forever, and it'll also be the base for her domain so i'm definitely down for her to share stories!

HELLO I think these two would be fun honestly and as an aside geralt lives in a world that's exclusively shades of grey so she can ask him about it any time (it's not great)

Also it might be cool for him to meet someone significantly older than him for once

hello yes i agree! she's going to go through a mini existential crisis as she comes to terms with the fact that people are flawed but can still be good, and vice-versa. some insight on how to, you know. live with that will be welcome

LMAO yes diana has always been sensitive about her age, but only because she's always been the baby on themyscira. now she's the chair of the old mf club and is going to delight in it

I've been enjoying their tdm thread a lot! I'd love to do more things with them, sparring and otherwise. Zhou Zishu is a very tired cynic who thinks being a hero is stupid, I think they could have some interesting conversations.

Hello! Jasper here was a human who sacrified his humanity to become a very demonic looking monster, and then STUFF HAPPENED and he ended up in Thorne with some complicated feelings about humanity.

I feel like that could be something interesting to work on between them? Given Diana spending all those years preparing to defend mankind and all. Jasper is/was also a soldier so there's that common element they might - shock - develop CR over.

He's in Thorne so things will have to start with Horizon first, probably. If that's not a problem!

yes i love the sound of this! she's already going to feel more comfortable around other soldiers, and her own burgeoning complicated feelings towards humanity are definitely something i'd like her to talk about (even if she'll hate doing so)
