Welcome to our OOC intro and CR meme. We encourage you all to get out there, plot, and introduce yourself!

There is no formal introduction log for characters joining the game. Players are free to introduce their characters however they like.

◎ Nocwich is OPEN every first weekend of each month. Characters can get some cross-faction CR here! Beyond those 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and outside of game events, characters from opposing nations will only be able to see each other in the Horizon.

◎ A Conclave vote is being held in relation to Event #15, prior to the OOC Plotting Post. Please submit your vote by October 11th. New arrivals may participate!

◎ The OOC Plotting is scheduled for the 13th of this month, while the IC Event Log is scheduled for the 15th. This month's event will require the Summoned to make an important choice to help save a vital ecosystem.

CHARACTER NAME: Julia Wicker

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Julia is a witch in her mid-twenties from a typical real world where fantasy stuff is a secret genre. She was stuck in a time loop with her friends where 39 times she'd gone to the magic school Brakebills, and they'd all died, so the 40th timeline she was pushed outside of the group and left on her own. She became a Hedge Witch which is an untrained magic user and became very good at it. Eventually some very bad things happened (PLEASE LOOK AT HER OPT-OUTS HERE they are very serious) and she has gone through a lot of pain in the past few years. I will not be bringing up anything on there without warnings and making sure the other person is okay. She is not a trauma dumper.

A key part of her right now is that she is a goddess in her world. People with supernatural abilities/sensitivity to feeling it would probably know right away, she radiates it especially as she's a baby deity not in control of her powers. She didn't ask for it, so she's trying her best.

Julia's a type A personality, she takes charge when she needs to and she reacts badly to people trying to control her. She can be a bit of a hothead. She is very curious and likes to ask people questions about themselves, so watch out for that. She is really seeking a community and a coven of sorts, having felt alone most of this experience, but she doesn't know how.

CR YOU WANT: She's brand new please give me everything. Solvunnites to help her adjust to being a city girl in farmland. Other magic users. She's very curious about others. 

CR YOU DON'T WANT: Nothing I can think of! 

PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: For now Julia will be trying to adjust to her new life situation. Eventually she will be interested in learning more about the gods here and the Singularity, all the magical things happening. She may try to eventually connect with the local deities, but she's hesitant as she's but a babe comparatively. I'm looking for community building right now and new friends.

i love julia a lot so i would absolutely love to find a way to push these too together somehow. probably through horizon or nocwich?

ABSOLUTELY I think they'd very much get along. I'm guessing you know the canon so you know she thought her world was normal too until recently, so she'd be helpful at explaining the batshit stuff.

A Solvunnite!! Claire's lived in the modern city AND 18th century farm life, she'd be happy to help Julia adapt. (Auto soft spot since her mom's name was Julia and she died when Claire was 5.)

And Adora and Julia sound cut from some similar cloth! Boy could Adora identify with her about not actually asking for all the stuff slammed on her!

I think she and Claire will get along great, and yes maybe if CR develops they can get to a point where she talks about the opt-outs stuff! I'll keep that in mind as you responded to my opt-in

Oh man Adora and Julia really have a similar weight of the world on their shoulders. It's funny because I think Julia is essentially more like Catra from the timeline she's in, and she used to be more like Adora in the other timelines. Wild how one little thing can dramatically change a person.

It's like that 'turn left, turn right' scenario, and I love playing around with scenarios like that when it's possible. You have such great characters for deep character development, and sometimes that brings out amazing things in cross canon, it's my favorite thing.
