Welcome to our OOC intro and CR meme. We encourage you all to get out there, plot, and introduce yourself!

There is no formal introduction log for characters joining the game. Players are free to introduce their characters however they like.

◎ Nocwich is OPEN every first weekend of each month. Characters can get some cross-faction CR here! Beyond those 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and outside of game events, characters from opposing nations will only be able to see each other in the Horizon.

◎ A Conclave vote is being held in relation to Event #15, prior to the OOC Plotting Post. Please submit your vote by October 11th. New arrivals may participate!

◎ The OOC Plotting is scheduled for the 13th of this month, while the IC Event Log is scheduled for the 15th. This month's event will require the Summoned to make an important choice to help save a vital ecosystem.

CHARACTER INFORMATION:

wanda is a character that has been shaped by tragedy and loss, thus why she's a tough nut to crack at times. she wields powerful magic—chaos magic—and tries hard to be one of the good guys despite her doing more harm than good with it. at this point, wanda is from post-multiverse of madness. she has claimed her title as the scarlet witch, a being of unfathomable magical power, but given she's from the end of the movie she has seen how she's done wrong, and is currently going to be working on living with all that chaos, loss, and corruption from the darkhold. this basically means that she will have her moments of feeling very sad, guilty, and angry. NGL with the power of love and friendship she's getting there. she will, however, still make stupidly rash decisions with her magic.

additionally, given her mind powers, she can connect (even more so now) with the 'louder' thoughts of others. i tend to play it by ear in threads wherein she picks up on things here and there, but never grabbing onto anything secret/important unless discussed previously; however, here is an opt-out post for that and other mind-related magical skills.

at this point in time, wanda's found something of a home and family within solvunn. she has also created a pact with one of the old gods, soris immaneus, and is looking to understand their place as summoned and the old gods more thoroughly.

CR YOU WANT:

one of the big themes for wanda is found family, but other than that i really like the idea of some conflicting cr because of different opinion and/or personality. magic-inclined/supernatural friends would be fantastic, as well as the brother types, and any non-magical folk she could help out with magical endeavors. i'm always open to any cr!

CR YOU DON'T WANT:

other than romance, since she's already in a relationship, nothing comes to mind. ✌️

PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN:

• fucking around and finding out in solvunn.
• exploration of grief and found family themes.
• themes of forgiveness, letting go, and moving forward.
• the idea of being able to redeem yourself, or just exist as "the bad guy".
• dark magic, magical corruption, studying magic.
• letting her do wicked and magical things. :)

Hello!! I'd love to keep our tdm thread canon, if you're alright with that? Additionally, I'd love for Aerith to learn she can commune with the gods, and I think it would be interesting if Wanda was one of her teachers for that.

HELLA LATE but of course to the tdm being canon. i think we've just been working under that assumption. as for the latter re: communing with gods!! sure thing. happy to lend aerith a guiding hand.

Just very excited for more with them! Especially exploring the nature of grief (way down the line) but there's a lot that could be shared there between them in so many sad ways.

Bay's starting to interact with her new psychic power (psychometry), probably helpful to have someone talk her through it. Also helping Bay better understand her other life via magic would be nice for her.

IM SORRY FOR BEING LATE but yes, this is definitely something wanda would be open to! wanda's learning some asl from wrench, so she might be able to sign a few things.

what wanda said about guiding bay through understanding magic and having it adapt to her is something that i'd love for them to explore over time if you're down.

Bay is definitely up for learning more about magic, especially if she can better twist it to her needs. She's not quite as in the market for a villain arc (that's Abby, Abby is in the market for a villain arc) but having things work better for her would be nice.

I have some fairly open-ended starters set-up for Bay to go up in the event log as soon as I get home from work in like six hours.
