Welcome to our OOC intro and CR meme. We encourage you all to get out there, plot, and introduce yourself!

There is no formal introduction log for characters joining the game. Players are free to introduce their characters however they like.

◎ Nocwich is OPEN every first weekend of each month. Characters can get some cross-faction CR here! Beyond those 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and outside of game events, characters from opposing nations will only be able to see each other in the Horizon.

◎ A Conclave vote is being held in relation to Event #15, prior to the OOC Plotting Post. Please submit your vote by October 11th. New arrivals may participate!

◎ The OOC Plotting is scheduled for the 13th of this month, while the IC Event Log is scheduled for the 15th. This month's event will require the Summoned to make an important choice to help save a vital ecosystem.

I'm also eagerly awaiting the Stardew Valley update ConcernedApe said would be verysmall but is actually mega content!! CHARACTER INFORMATION: Claire was a battlefield nurse during WWII before she traveled back in time to 18th century Scotland and within like 8 weeks committed to abandoning the convenience of modern life (and her first husband) for Jamie Fraser, and literally no one blames her. She did go back to her time for 20 years before going back to her hot husband. In Abraxas, she's 100% trying to create a forest-witch vibe. She's also...technically...married to Lord John Gray, ask her about it sometime!

CR YOU WANT:

➳ Other people who've traveled in time but also didn't know wtf was going on.
➳ Willing teachers. She's getting pretty good now, not at healing people levels, but convenience stuff. She wants to go beyond that though. I think it would be great for her to learn from a variety of people.
➳ People who miss their partners and want to talk about how great they are and other gross love stuff.
➳ Parents who miss their kids??
➳ People who are way into plants and nature, things like making bee houses and such.

My long-term goal with Claire is to have her dig even more into the depths of Solvunn's religion on her own. She was raised by an archaeologist, so now that she has a solid routine, and magic is part of that, I feel like I can add a little more to her plate!

Geralt met John a couple of times, so I think it's about time he meets Claire. He has a daughter and thought he lost his kid twice. It's a whole thing, she keeps disappearing.

I think he'd like Claire a lot, she'd remind him of a couple of healers he knew from home, and he responds well to that kind of Soothing Energy since Geralt himself is pretty chill. He's also big on nature, living off the land, etc. He's a forest (now desert) man and knows his plants, so they can at the very least talk about trees or something.

I would love that a lot, I've actually been trying to think of ways to have them talk. Claire chopped off a head (well, it came just short to falling off) right before she arrived in Abraxas, because the other woman was trying to kill her daughter, so I love the idea of them bonding over going savage for their kids.

And then the trees and plants, swapping suggestions? I mean yes, please, I literally can't wait now to do something, haha. I'll definitely have an open for her with Horizon + Nocwich stuff, and of course there's always time. This just made me super hype :D

Either Horizon or Nocwich stuff would work for me! I can toss him at her when you have something up, otherwise the event is also a possible option if we wanted to include dragons!!

I will hoard Claire and Adora both, however I can! The Doctor will absolutely want to adopt both of them so just a fair warning!

I love the idea of the Doctor adopting Adora - wars, destroying planets, leaving friends so you can go die alone...I MEAN.

And I also love the idea of the Doctor adopting Claire because he looks young enough to at least be a younger brother to her. But hey, Claire has 200 years under her belt technically!

Absolutely! Did you have anything specific in mind for these two? I know we'd talked about a couple of things; my health took a big L during our last round of stuff, but I'm happy to pick up somewhere else!

No worries! Does Claire think their CR is getting friendly enough to start asking Crane questions just to learn more about him? I think they've spoken enough to get off a good footing to start developing things if that interests you!

He can always send her inbox a message or vice versa to see if the other is okay after the rift event if that works too.

dan heng's an alien archivist from a... magical art deco-style train that travels through the universe, and A Teen For Sure. I don't know if he needs adopting (he already was adopted by the two adults on the train, and he doesn't know it yet), but he has a voracious appetite for knowledge about new places or history, and it sounds like claire's interest in archeology is something they sound like the could jive pretty well on. mind if i throw him her way for something innocuous like, idk.. uh. asking for some honey for his local hosts or something?

CANON: She-Ra and the Princesses of Power

FACTION: Thorne

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Adora was raised in the Horde Army by an abusive mother figure after being found as an infant. She thought she was on the right side of this war she's been training for her entire life, was definitely not, and soon after realizing that, she picked up a sword and received the powers of She-Ra, an ancient warrior goddess. Pretty soon she defected and never looked back. She's the She-Ra in 1,000 years so she became a big deal, real fast and wound up saving the world twice.

CR YOU WANT:

➳ Catra left, so people to check on Adora while she does a few things: 1) tests the limits of how drunk She-Ra can get 2) stays in the Horizon much longer than she stays in the 'real world' 3) fights/trains hardcore.
➳ People who are in deep with the Singularity, because she absolutely wants to learn as much as she can, and now that Catra isn't here, she doesn't have to worry about going slow to make sure she isn't jumpy about it.
➳ Those who've been revered as heroes/gods/goddesses/prophecy fulfillers and might understand what she's gone through.
➳ Other fighters to right with/train with.
➳ People from her network post who might want to meet with her!
➳ PARENTS PLEASE. Seriously, she never had them, and the person who raised her was an abusive monster. She wouldn't know what to do if someone tried to actually parent her at this point.

CR YOU DON'T WANT: negative cr, baby's in fragile place right now, lol
PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I'm playing around now with her leaving the castle - that's where she was with Catra, and it might be too much. I'm still trying to mull over where to have her go, though, and if she wants to be alone. She's always lived communally, her entire life, and I don't think she could really do solo-living unless it was solo-living + Catra, lol.

Also, as mentioned somewhere up there, she's definitely leaning hard into magic/the Singularity, so anyone who might want to encourage or discourage that, either way, would be interesting. And finally, Adora is learning about things, but has no idea about MOST stuff, especially if it doesn't exist on Etheria. and even if it does, for 17 years she ate either brown or gray ration bars for every meal, and after that there was war, and it's not like trade was booming. Especially on the road and in camps. So there's a lot of fun to be had with exploring all sorts of things and what they are.

ANYTHING ELSE?: Adora frantically putting these up all over Thorne.

I really enjoyed our thread with Adora and Clive at the Thorne mingle, so I would like to offer him up as PARENT FIGURE!! He can help her with swords and try to keep her out of the Horizon?

Yes please!! Her main weapon at home was her sword and she misses it, but she has her staff now and needs to get as good with it as she is with a sword. Maybe she'll turn it into a shank.

ANYWAY, yes please, I loved that thread, it was so good!

I do want more of Claire and Kyle (and Claire and NANAUE bc they are adorable) but I also figure I can offer Kyle for Adora since they are in Thorne? He can relate to her horrible upbringing + abusive 'parental' figure, and he's looked out for some of the younger folks around - or at least those who look like they need guidance. Not a parent, but an older brother figure maybe.

Claire and Kyle were so good, and I need more stuff with Nanaue especially because he has Claire's whole heart!! the bee houses at her house now. I'll have to make a post for that because his artwork is PROUDLY on display. There's a whole back of her house that he can feel free to do Art on with paints. It's the most cheerful thing she's ever seen, and such a boost so why not more?? plus bright colors attract bees!!

Kyle and Adora would be really great CR I feel like; she knows even less about what it's like to have an older brother figure than she does a parent figure. I love this idea for them so much.

I can offer Kell as the reasonable older brother type. He does not have Bow level of empathy, but he's a good guy, a good listener and is well versed in dealing with people who tend to get in all sorts of trouble. He can make her tea and help with her magic learning.

But yes I would love this! Tea and magic and a big brother are fantastic, I can't wait to get something open for her so we can do this :D

Bay absolutely needs to check on Adora in general, and finding out about Catra (as in the pair of them) she will be more invested in trying to get Adora out and about.
