She's yelled at mobile suits; she can yell at a big four arm man. It's fine.

I would be very down, though. I want her to build towards some level of political presence OR go a totally different route as a person depending on the people she ends up connecting/conflicting with.

Excellent! Then I shall endeavour to have Goro start working his way up the diplomatic stuff as much as possible so he and Relena can clash over the negotiation table.
