There is no formal introduction log for characters joining the game, which means that players are free to introduce their characters however they would like.

Upcoming modplot will be announced on the OOC community, signal boosted on Plurk and listed on the Calendar! Please be aware that Event #6, scheduled for the 18th of this month, will offer opportunities for characters from different factions to meet up in a (mostly, and temporarily) friendly environment...

BUT YEAH in all seriousness I am down for all of this! He would be very happy to exchange services in return, or collaborate, or just hang out and hear more about space, you know

Rubs hands together like a villain, yes to all, Father Maxwell is obnoxious and will talk this poor man's ear off at the slightest provocation.

Since my availability can be sporadic, I would love to set something up where Viktor could use that space freely! We have a lot of freedom to imagine locales and NPCs too, and I'm very cool with other players making up or adding details as they need.

OH I would love this. He would also love this. I think he'll want his own place eventually but having a place to work fairly quickly upon arrival is definitely something he's interested in. Also!!! Science friends!!!

I AM READY TO ENABLE VIKTOR and yes, totally cool with that, the more mad science labs the better tbh. I saw you mention Viktor won't do guns and that's more or less Maxwell's specialty, so this could be an amazing team up for however long it lasts?

LMAO IT'S WEAPONS IN GENERAL, or things that could possibly be weaponized...he might not be opposed to repairing stuff that already exists but he really doesn't want to make himself known as someone who can or will build weapons, because that's what he figures Cadens is gonna want. So.
