ABOUT YOU: Hello! I'm Gray, I live EST and I work the archive of a media company. I'm also a part-time student, so availability can get a little messy sometimes but I do my best to keep up with everything. I don't tend to plurk a ton but feel free to friend me for game plotting and such. I will occasionally ramble about tabletop, Critical Role, various CDramas and KDramas and whatever else nonsense catches my attention. Lover of shitposts.

IC INFORMATION

CHARACTER NAME: Zhou Zishu
CANON: Word of Honor
SIGN: Strength
FACTION: Free Cities

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Former imperial assassin and spymaster who's retirement plan came with a 'three years to live' clause and who left most of his fucks behind with his old job to go live the I Do What I Want lifestyle. Most of what he wants is to drink and be grumpy, but chronic nosiness and an unfortunate tendency to care about people despite himself tend to land him in the middle of situations anyway. Perpetually tired but will throw down in a second for his people. Stoic and reserved when he's not being prickly and sarcastic, with a squishier center than he will ever admit and Being Annoying as his primary love language.

CR YOU WANT: Despite his best attempts at being a tsundere, Zhou Zishu tends to do better with people around, so please throw me anything! Especially loved:
- Drinking buddies
- Sparring partners
- Other spy/sneaky types who will help him figure out what the hell is going on here and/or talk shop

But I am always happy to bounce off literally anything to see what sticks. Positive, negative, it's all good. Please annoy him, he deserves it.

CR YOU DON'T WANT: Probably no shipping, he's coming in with his terrible boyfriend and no one deserves to have to deal with both of them.

PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN:
- He semi-recently went to pretty big lengths to get himself out of playing politics, and he will not be pleased to get thrown back in but he did spend a decade or so playing the game from the shadows. Which mostly means he will try to start investigating every last bit of information on any of the factions he can get his hands on because knowing is half the battle.
- Will probably be a cranky old man about both magic and technology for a bit because he doesn't understand any of it. That said, when he gets over being surly, he really likes learning new things and does have some experience with proto-clockpunk tech.
- I'm mostly looking for him to make connections, because the people he cares about will inform a lot of what he decides to do next. Protecting his people will always be his primary goal.
