There is no formal introduction log for characters joining the game, which means that players are free to introduce their characters however they would like.

Upcoming modplot will be announced on the OOC community, signal boosted on Plurk and listed on the Calendar! Please be aware that Event #6, scheduled for the 18th of this month, will offer opportunities for characters from different factions to meet up in a (mostly, and temporarily) friendly environment...

Once Goro catches wind of Viktor's expertise with hextech, he's gonna be interested! He's currently the face of the "anti-Solvunn" crowd in the Free Cities and going to be gone for a chunk of February, but when he gets back, he might be willing to use his clout in Viktor's favour. Naturally, he has less than humanitarian reasons in mind for wanting to see Viktor succeed, which could play into that forced politicking you mentioned.

YEAH TOTALLY once he gets a little settled and learns that magitech is Not Heresy round these parts he'll probably be pretty open about his area of expertise and would definitely appreciate some support in that department.

he is LESS of a fan of ppl co-opting his work in ways that he doesn't approve of but I want that Delicious Conflict so I'm totally open!
