There is no formal introduction log for characters joining the game, which means that players are free to introduce their characters however they would like.

Upcoming modplot will be announced on the OOC community, signal boosted on Plurk and listed on the Calendar! Please be aware that Event #6, scheduled for the 18th of this month, will offer opportunities for characters from different factions to meet up in a (mostly, and temporarily) friendly environment...

CHARACTER NAME: Queen Maeve
CANON: The Boys
SIGN: The Hanged Man
FACTION: Solvunn for the moment

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Seriously jaded Wonder Woman that is a corporate curated lesbian icon savior of the world in public and a total burned out, drug and sex abusing mess in private (and BI, by the way). Great at keeping a cheerful face in public and being a real jerk behind the scenes.
CR YOU WANT: Everything is so generic, but seriously hit me up whoever you are. Otherwise Maeve really needs some strong positive and negative influences in her life. She tends to go towards people that are messed up, power hungry, and selfish, just because that is the kind of people she is used to surviving around. However, she really does admire people that are optimistic, idealistic, and all kinds of pure hero, because they remind her of herself when she was young and thought she actually mattered. She also needs people to just adventure with so she can earn her booze and drug money. Also casual sex buddies for off screen relief. It's a coping mechanism.
CR YOU DON'T WANT: Nothing at the moment, but I'll let you know if I'm not comfortable with a particular idea.
PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Mentioned in the CR, but looking for adventure, for Maeve to be used as a pawn in hero/villain games (she is one of the strongest people on her planet, but is too cynical to actually believe she can change anything, so at this point is a great accessory for good or evil), or just generally other anti-villains/anti-heroes to sit around and gripe with.

i love maeve, and i feel like there's enough messiness in both their canons/histories they can probably vibe. he's not without a moral compass, but he's also pretty low judgment due to the massive shades of grey he lives in.

geralt is in the free cities, but if she slides into the horizon i would love to steal her some time.

I agree with the vibes. She'll definitely end up there at some point. Maybe they can bump into each other while guarding caravans or the like between the nations, as well, if he's doing that noise?

as far as i know, there's no way for characters to physically bump into each other since travel between each faction is something like a couple months or more on horseback and they're also super suspicious of each other BUT the horizon is fully a possibility so we can def do that! (or wait for this event which sounds like there might be a window where they actually can meet for once in person)

Emet-Selch is very much in the antagonist camp (albeit one who was defeated as of his canon point) and has been lowkey looking for potential pawns, if that's something that you'd be up for! They could probably also have interesting conversations about being the strongest/one of the strongest, given that Emet-Selch is canonically like. The Most Powerful sorcerer of his age.

Maeve will take a little manipulating to actually do things, but for sure she will be up for hanging and being influenced by someone that feel familiar thanks to the selfish/cynical vibe. What city is he in?

Emet is in Solvunn! He tends to hang around the library a lot, but it's easy enough to have him turn up anywhere else in Solvunn if that'd make it easier for them to run into each other.

Maeve!!! I'm thrilled to see she's in Solvunn! I'd love to throw McCoy her way, he's relentlessly good under his prickly shell and comes from a utopian future, so that might make for some interesting cr.

But yes, I think they could be great drinking buddies if nothing else. Talk about those annoying idealistic blonds in their lives that get them into trouble while he's slowly a good influence.
