Hello and welcome, new players and old! This is our fifth OOC intro and CR meme, and we encourage you all to get out there, plot, and introduce yourself!

For reals I'm so excited you're here, Court! Did you want to keep rolling with TDM thread with Dante? Just two dudes being dudes.

Also lordy the thought of him basing his ideas on the factions from Himeka... She's really doing her best to try and be impartial on them as possible.

Yes, I would love to keep going with the TDM thread and keeping it canon! I love those two so much already.

AND LOOK, he... pretty much trusts her implicitly even if he also needs to add his own level of pragmatism to her naïve/idealist ways. That's just how they roll.

I'm trying to figure out how they should "meet" and if Thancred should run into her or Emet first, so if you have any thoughts or ideas there, lmk!!

EXCELLENT, met too! I shall hit that up again tomorrow then. I think Dante will appreciate having a chill dude around to shoot the shit with even if Thancred is infinitely more dedicated to the mission than he is. (He is...deep down.)

She has gotten better by SHB about being LESS trusting, but she still definitely gives people the benefit of the doubt way too often. At least right now she's turning that more to the other Summoned than the factions themselves. One thing she will have to do is share her theories with him about Solvunn and the Old Gods. AkA she basically is wondering if they are summoning their own Primals 8)

Ohhh, hmm! I feel the most drama would be if he ran into Emet first, though Thancred's first foray into Horizon will be memory-less anyway! How awful would it be for him to meet Emet and then wake up later in Thorne and be like. "Wait. Holy shit."

Thancred is definitely a workaholic but maybe Dante can also remind him to chill and enjoy a drink sometime. He used to do that before people like Urianger came around to be buzzkills, after all!

Yeah, I think Thancred knows he always has to sort of add his perspective to what Himeka tells him because he knows she tends to give people the benefit of the doubt when she sometimes shouldn't, but I bet he's also proud of how much she's grown in that area! And oh man, PRIMALS HUH? He'll definitely want to hear all about that.

That is a horrible and brilliant and extremely tempting idea and I might just have to go with it, depending on how Sceaadu feels about it. I'll go check on that HEHEH.

GOD...I'd love an Urianger. He would thrive so hard in Thorne. But yes! They can be the frat guys sitting out on the porch drinking beer while everyone else is studying for exams. Backward hats and everything. That's still cool, right?

That will mean a lot to her! He's seen her at her mods derp in early ARR where everything was just "lol ok :)". Yesss, since Solvunn is about the Old Gods and they are under the belief that should war actually break out they would be protected by them...with how common magicks are running about she's been very *hmmhmm* about it. She hasn't been exactly sure how to tackle the Singularity conundrum but Primals? She knows how to punch those! (She's got ONE JOB in this group.)

Also she'll have to share her braintrust theories and she and Geralt kept incidentally coming up with when they are just trying to be bro-chill but instead big brain existence. I.E. that the calamities and rejoinings of their world may have caused the cataclysm that splintered off and created his. The 6th Umbral Calamity timeline wise (I think it was that one) lines up almost perfectly with the big boom that happened in the Witcherverse.

YES, excellent. Do the thing! Then she and Thancred can meet later and she's like "oh yeah he's here and he's not dead, who knew."

I would also love an Urianger so much, UGH. Imagining him all excited about Thorne things while Thancred continues to hate his life, lmaoooo. AND GOD, I love that mental image so much, dies. That's it, that's them.

Oh yes, that all sounds RATHER FAMILIAR and Thancred will definitely be making eyes emoji at it too. If those gods ever surface chances are he's finding his way to Solvunn by hook or by crook because he doesn't want Himeka to deal with them alone. ~~Emet doesn't count.~~

OH THAT'S SO COOL THO, yes he wants to know about all of this and it'll give him a reason to hit up Geralt at some point too, which I very much want to do because... dads... thank you for looping me in on all these cool plot and CR things, heheh.

Maybe next app round...we can pull more scions into the fold. I hope! Otherwise Dante can be recruited. (Don't do that, please don't do that.)

Haha so on that note...Emet is actually joining her on a small mission to investigate a disappearing house in the woods that may have (??) erased some of her memories so. You know. "Friends" in many places?

She would have if she knew he was here first! TMW Emet-Selch seems like the biggest problem until they all realize that Fandaniel is around. They can all agree on ThAT.

I hope so, I would love more Scions! Himeka and Thancred are outnumbered right now. (He wouldn't do that to Dante... probably.)

OH... that sounds like a fun time even if Thancred would definitely hate everything about that. He can just find out about it after the fact and be like 🙃
