There is no formal introduction log for characters joining the game, which means that players are free to introduce their characters however they would like.

Upcoming modplot will be announced on the OOC community and signal boosted on Plurk! Event #7's OOC plotting post is scheduled for the 13th of this month, while the IC event post itself is scheduled to go up on the 16th. Stay tuned! Characters might discover there's something to the Singularity's Eye after all...

I can't offer you a gang member but i DO have this guy who would probably want to know all about space age technology so he can go stare out a window and think about it for a long time

also he can make her stuff

Shepard is never the kind of person to discard R&D and support personnel. You can be in her gang even if you don't do any murders.

It's fine. Nobody's perfect.

what kind of stuff, because if she can exchange favors for long-range rifles, she has a turian to equip and it's very important that she do so

On one hand, that is absolutely a fair and reasonable limitation.

On the other, there are plenty of legitimate uses for a rifle aside from on people. Shepard rarely sets out with the specific intention of people-murder, it's just that threat of deadly force is... a thing she has to deal with a lot. Back home.

....But for Abraxas, mainly she does not want Garrus to get eatten by the monsters I am told roam around the wilderness. He's a cool dude, and his claws are very cool, but they're not exactly the best method of primary self-defense.

if the rifle already exists he is theoretically not opposed to making improvements to it (a scope? a silencer?) as long as it is only used for monsters

if she wants guns from scratch then FORGET IT!!!
