Mod Communications
If you have an idea related to the event plot, communicate and coordinate with us here. This includes NPC meetings, requesting resources, destroying the environment, or anything else that may require mod permission. If we can't accommodate a request for any reason, we'll do our best to offer an alternative!

Randomization Request
Request a mod dice roll at any time for outcomes and consequences. Some actions require a dice roll to proceed, such as attacking an acolyte NPC or attempting to break anything major in the environment (chains, doors, walls). If you aren't sure, you can check with us.

IC Exchanges
Use this option for interactions you'd like to play out, but setting up a standard IC thread would be impracticable. For instance, if your character wants to speak to several people about an event they witnessed together, you might want to do an IC exchange.
Treat this like an informal IC network thread done in person, where character reactions, snippets of dialogue, and other details can be quickly played out and concluded in-game without committing to a full log thread. Exchanges are game canon and can count towards Activity Check under the category of a Network thread.
Start an IC exchange
Using the provided form is optional. Begin a thread freeform if you prefer.

Investigations
Several investigation paths are available for characters to interact with. Each assignment group will have their own set of investigation paths. You can investigate something as many times as you want, as long as there's a reasonable explanation for your character making their second attempt. Interacting with investigations might carry IC consequences. We'll try to telegraph when characters are at high risk of triggering something major. To investigate, fill out the form, then comment under the item you're investigating.

Character Name: Kyle
Request: A couple of things partially related to current plot engagements, if that's okay!
1) If the King is making himself seen, Kyle is going to try to observe who he seems to keep close (major NPCs and minor). If he can actually get close to King or anyone discussing the King, he'd be trying to listen for snippets of conversation, anything to tell him more of the king's opinions on current events and especially his wife. He will attempt to use his Gray Space abilities to do this, but because the castle is warded to hell and he can't hear anything while observing in the Gray Space I imagine this won't work so good. I'm down for him getting caught being sneaky this time if there's a dice roll.
2) He's also going to try to listen for any gossip about the Rhett siblings, especially Anastasia and Hayle.
3) With his missing persons report he would've made it obvious that he's concerned and would probably ask whoever he's been working with for some kind of permission to actually search around Nott/the lake/the farmland during Week 1, but if they said no he'd probably do it anyway using the portal to Nott that's currently open for his usual deliveries. I understand he won't find anything this early, this is more for flavor/character stuff!
This looks great, thank you guys for setting this up!

2. Kyle won't need to go far to hear about the Rhett siblings. Their distaste for one another is the first thing that most people mention, only after discussing their expertise in magics. The twins attempt to be civil in front of larger audiences, but they frequently talk about one another whether or not their sibling is out of earshot. One rumor has it that once in their youth, they got into a fight that ended with Ambrose suffering a great indignity which he refuses to confirm.
Despite their differences, they manage to work together for long hours and can be seen coming in and out of a sanctioned conference room. Why they are using that rather than Ambrose's office is not immediately clear. Anastasia herself appears to be on good terms with the mages who studied in Hayle, especially Jolene Sybell.
3. Kyle would be granted permission to take a look if he'll be in the area regardless for a typical delivery. He'll have a few opportunities for this since Nott often needs packages delivered. Thorne would request he take a guard with him for safety. The guard would not hinder him from looking around and would simply be there to make sure he returns to Castle Thorne in one piece. If Kyle wants to give the guard the slip for about an hour or so, he can observe that the guard is overworked and has a penchant for drink. The guard can be convinced to take rest around noon, during which he will fall asleep. He will be grateful if Kyle is still there when he wakes up, especially if Kyle promises not to tell anyone about the guard's lapse.
