Mod Communications
If you have an idea related to the event plot, communicate and coordinate with us here. This includes NPC meetings, requesting resources, destroying the environment, or anything else that may require mod permission. If we can't accommodate a request for any reason, we'll do our best to offer an alternative!

Randomization Request
Request a mod dice roll at any time for outcomes and consequences. Some actions require a dice roll to proceed, such as attacking an acolyte NPC or attempting to break anything major in the environment (chains, doors, walls). If you aren't sure, you can check with us.

IC Exchanges
Use this option for interactions you'd like to play out, but setting up a standard IC thread would be impracticable. For instance, if your character wants to speak to several people about an event they witnessed together, you might want to do an IC exchange.
Treat this like an informal IC network thread done in person, where character reactions, snippets of dialogue, and other details can be quickly played out and concluded in-game without committing to a full log thread. Exchanges are game canon and can count towards Activity Check under the category of a Network thread.
Start an IC exchange
Using the provided form is optional. Begin a thread freeform if you prefer.

Investigations
Several investigation paths are available for characters to interact with. Each assignment group will have their own set of investigation paths. You can investigate something as many times as you want, as long as there's a reasonable explanation for your character making their second attempt. Interacting with investigations might carry IC consequences. We'll try to telegraph when characters are at high risk of triggering something major. To investigate, fill out the form, then comment under the item you're investigating.

2. Returning to the child, he'll confirm that the description features "holes for eyes". He will want to know if she will search for the demon, and if she will return. He tells her very sincerely not to disappear like the others.
Now that she has the information to compare, she can also notice that the corruption she found earlier around the shrines and in the woods is typically present in or near areas where the Summoned or the natives were known to be abducted.

she will want to find isar hart before she leaves the tertiary settlement and ask him if he's otherwise familiar with a creature that looks like this. she will also ask if there is anything he needs in his transition as a temporary leader in the council.
no subject
Isar will give the same answer others have received, which is that he's not familiar with the creature. He asks her where she received the image, and if there's anything else she can describe about it.
He thanks her for the offer, but says he's settling in well and will be happy to hand the seat to someone else once the crisis is over.

wanda mentions to Isar that through some scrying (don't @ her) she was able to see such creature from the eyes of one of the lost ones (no need to be entirely honest, it's too complicated otherwise). as for description, she will say that it "moves on its hands and with the vines to drag it. it dislikes fire." wanda will ask that in lieu of not seeing something like it before, if there were perhaps stories of such creatures, even in the more imaginative of tales parents would tell kids, or some such?

Isar knows that Wanda is involved in the sacrificial rituals. Thus, he accepts her explanation. There are stories involving the Old Gods, however this appears to be real. He suggests that beyond stories, unknown creatures can be made through rituals and magic. Usually this type of magic is transformative and acts on an already existing object or being. Doing so goes against Solvunn's traditions. Only the Old Gods should have the power to choose what new beings enter the world.

wanda will thank isar for his insight on the situation. unknown creatures made through rituals and magic is a whole other cornucopia of problems. she voices out loud the possibility that perhaps it is made from a living person—? and that, alone, is alarming to her. hopefully that is not the case.
she will take this knowledge with her, and tells him that she'd appreciate that he send word to her should he have more information to share (or should he find someone else who can) regarding these rituals and magic.
