We'll be requesting more creature submissions in the following days - with different criteria than the previous round. Stay tuned!
Summoned Conclave
Representatives | LINK
New representatives must be chosen this meeting. Any Summoned who want to hold their current positions need to resubmit their bid.
Motions Sanctioned | LINK
Motions from April's meeting have been passed for each faction. Thorne now has a permanent portal open to Borrel, at no cost or fee. The Free Cities has agreed to try and negotiate for the Summoned to return and investigate the sunken island used by the Acolytes.
World Events
All Factions
Feywilds | LinkThe Summoned were exclusively invited to visit the Feywilds, without the presence of any faction officials. There, they were able to explore the unknown land, speak to the Fey, and attend a grand Masquerade at the end of the week.
Rifts | LinkStrange rifts have opened up around Abraxas, both in and out of towns. Unusual creatures have come through these rifts, including those that the Summoned might recognize from their home worlds. To date, the rifts are still opening.

Kingdom of Thorne

Henry Creel | Link???A mysterious monster is now prowling the Settlements with a distinct vendetta against goats. No one knows where this monster came from, though whispers say it emerged from the woods through the will of the gods.

Vermillion Palace | LinkNero, Lucifer, Rocket Raccoon, Istredd, Geralt of Rivia
An altercation breaks out during the Masquerade involving Nero, Lucifer, and Rocket, much to the Fey's delight. The three are eventually separated.

A shark-like figure may have been noticed interjecting in order to guess all attendees' costumes.
The Free Cities
Cadens | LinkSam Wilson, Steve Rogers
May have been overheard asking questions about the Singularity and the Free Cities. They were additionally involved in the pardon of Marc Creed.
Solvunn Commune
Primary Settlement | LinkNero, Aloy, Steve Harrington
May have been spotted battling a bear, including throwing it.
FORMAL SUBMISSIONS
Any player can post the motion, but ICly, it will be the voted representatives who approach officials with the proposal.
Soft submission deadline is September 7th at 11:59 ET.
Thorne
Proposal: The Thorne Summoned would like to request access to the island where they were captured. They would like to be able to go there, inspect the ruins, investigate whatever is left over, and perhaps get some closure.
Notes: The Free Cities Summoned requested this last time, and the Solvunn Summoned will be doing the same this time.

In the meantime, the crown would like to know what the Conclave is hoping to achieve through this investigation. OOC, this is so we know what aspects of the island players want to examine. Note that a portion of the island is now underwater. Some things may not be available, but we'll do our best.

The conclave would like to find out:
- Who was the god the original shrines were to?
- Is it the shrine monster or is the shrine monster just a creature of it?
- Where is the shrine monster?
- What happened to the girl in the shrine (the one that they briefly talked to before putting her back in) and did she survive the collapse?
- Is there anything left we can learn about the cult from the island, such as more about how they brought people there, the exact spells they used, etc.
- More about the ritual that was used to force the ascension, if there is anything left.
- If there is any information about the cult symbol (upside down pentacles) that we don't already know.

Proposal: Like the Free Cities and Thorne, gaining access to the island again for investigating. Probably sweeten the proposal by mentioning wanting to double-check there aren't any gods or god powers still lingering there, for we all know that'd be against the ~ways~ of the commune.
