Mod Communications

If you have something you want to do related to the event plot, you can communicate and coordinate with us here. This includes NPC meetings, requesting large resources, destroying the environment, or anything else that may require mod permission to proceed. If we can't accommodate a request for any reason, we'll do our best to offer an alternative!

IC Exchanges

Use this option if you have an interaction you'd like to play out, but setting up a standard IC thread would be impracticable. For example, if your character wants to speak to several people about an event they witnessed together, you might want to do an IC exchange.

Treat this like an informal IC network thread done in person, where character reactions, snippets of dialogue, and other details can be quickly played out and concluded in-game without committing to a full log thread. Exchanges are game canon, and can count towards Activity Check under the category of a Network thread.

Request: Abby has been going around stalking following Summoned if they travel solo through the portal. She's spending a lot of her time trying to stay under the radar either through her stealth ability or just- not making a big scene as she moves around the country.

What's some general thoughts and concerns she'd hear from the populous re: events and/or the summoned?

Most citizens are concerned for their homes and safety. While there are whispers that this may have to do with the Singularity or even Solvunn's gods, the majority of them are more worried about the immediate impact on their lives. Some are prepared to evacuate while others have stockpiled important supplies. Areas that have been directly impacted, like the mining town or the barracks, will be much more tense.

However, natives in the populated centers of the main cities aren't experiencing any Anomalous Beasts or severe damage since the rifts haven't spawned in those locations. Therefore, while they are fearful and anxious, they continue to go about their daily lives as they await further news. Many are hopeful that the army and the Summoned will be able to contain the situation as they have in the past.
