Welcome to our OOC intro and CR meme. We encourage you all to get out there, plot, and introduce yourself!

There is no formal introduction log for characters joining the game. Players are free to introduce their characters however they like.

◎ Nocwich is OPEN every first weekend of each month. Characters can get some cross-faction CR here! Beyond those 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and outside of game events, characters from opposing nations will only be able to see each other in the Horizon.

◎ You can review the newsletter here, which includes a Conclave meeting for all Summoned. New arrivals may participate!

◎ The OOC Plotting is scheduled for the 15th of this month, while the IC Event Log is scheduled for the 17th. This month's event will include a separate investigation related to Event #12 and a winter celebration across all major nations.

CHARACTER NAME: Nathan Drake
CANON: Uncharted

FACTION: Solvunn

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Nathan Drake is a treasure hunter, thief (sometimes those are the same thing), self-taught historian, vaguely Indiana Jones expy and an emotional trashbag of a man. His hobbies include climbing, drawing, hyper-fixating on history's mysteries, and finding the lost cities. Sometimes he destroys them, sometimes not. He most recently hails from successfully saving his brother's life and his own marriage in the fabled pirate colony Libertalia and walking away with absolutely zero treasure. He is pretty put out that this happy ending was ruined by interdimensional kidnapping, but is trying to roll with it.

CR YOU WANT:
-People who like mysteries/puzzles/generally getting their noses into things. He gets bored when left to his own devices and if he's not presented with rabbit holes to go down, he will find his own
-Fellow rogues/seedy types & non-rogue, good girl/gal/non-binary pal types for the fun clash
-Do you like climbing high places and exploring areas you shouldn't? Nate is already there and he welcomes the company
-IDK he's a pretty amiable dude and I like tossing characters together and seeing what happens

CR YOU DON'T WANT: The only thing I can think of is romantic prospects because he's married and pining. That said, I welcome the opportunity to fluster him. He is not really aware that he's super hot.

PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I want to work on giving him a project/projects as well, although unlike Altaïr it doesn't need to be One Big Purpose. But definitely would love for him to investigate various unknowns of the world.

they'd have to meet in nocwich/an event but i'd love to throw these too together. she's not an adventure sort of person but would be very easy to get caught up in a mystery/adventure. or help his ass out if he got unlucky in one and got hurt?

Nate getting unlucky and needing someone to help his ass out is pretty much Uncharted in a nutshell so...yep. Nate would also appreciate meeting someone else from a modern Earth reasonably similar to his, a lot of the people he's talked to the most have had much wilder origins. I will definitely keep an eye out for her/hopefully offer some good hooks in something he posts, whichever comes first.

Would definitely love to further this CR, I've been digging their dynamic. And Arthur also likes to poke his nose into things, though he will deny it. He didn't end up a journalist for no reason...

Yes me too! It's just a fun and funny vibe. Nate's wife is also a journalist so I'd love for that to come up sometime, he'd be really interested in what Arthur's version of journalism was like.

UM YES well he is somewhat cautious about them because Aloy pointed out that bad shit can happen when you mess with them...but there's only so long Nate can be cautious before he does a whoopsie, let's be real.

Hell yeah. The ground is kinda frozen right now which I as the NON-SEMI-ARCHEOLOGIST didn't consider for winter time lmfaoooooo. She needs to recruit though, so depending on the event and such, she might be doing a network post about it.

She's working HARD to get on the good side of the locals so they're less Big Mad about it, lolol
