CHARACTER INFORMATION: She's somewhere between ditzy idiot and scarily cunning social climber. Her hair is pink and yes, she has specifically learned the spell to keep it up. Party monster. She's deeply obsessed with Flagg. Her domain is half nightclub, half empty warehouse, and everyone is usually welcome to come have a good time (there are always about a hundred manifested people on the dance floor).
CR YOU WANT: I like almost all CR, but like specifically: people trying to persuade others to follow them (tbh the hardest part would be to convince her that Flagg isn't an actual god), people who appreciate manipulative bitches, and just anything that can kind of widen her horizon -- she's originally from a tiny, rural American town, and only ever experienced life outside of those confines for a few months, under really shitty circumstances. Also people who can get her to open up and work on dealing with the fact that she kind of died for real.

Also also fwbs all the time. Julie is down to clown.
CR YOU DON'T WANT: Super negative CR kind of gets overwhelming for me if that's all that's coming. Julie is a shitty person but she rarely picks fights with anyone who can defend themselves, and she won't linger on an antagonistic relationship unless the other person keeps pushing it.
PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Julie is about to start learning real magic, but plot twist: it will be wild magic, which is common in Nott while everyone else in Thorne practices Arcane and Academic magic. Julie is an emotional nutball, so this is Risky™, but she has been encouraged to try.

Pink hairs unite? Vi's may lean more towards reddish than Julie's but it still counts! I would love for Vi to run into her at a night club, maaaaaaaaybe. She'd be more for the drinking than the dancing, but she is happy to watch Julie dance. Wink wonk.

Hi! Julie actually lives in Nott, so not super accessible to brand new Abraxas babies at the moment, but in the Horizon, her domain is primarily her own nightclub! A fully functioning, totally modern nightclub, with all the booze and drugs anyone could ever want, as well as approx. 100 manifested NPCs. Everyone is welcome when she's there 🥳
