CHARACTER INFORMATION: Inej is a spy and she's really, really good at what she does, which is basically collect information and steal secrets of people without them being aware of her doing it– I'd LOVE to get to play with some of that in game, at a later point once she is more established.

In the meantime, though, she'll be mostly focused on learning everything she can about the world she's been pulled into and the goings-on of the various nations/settlements, and about their individual plights and advantages. She'll be cautiously reserved, but friendly enough to build a small network of acquaintances for the time being.

Also: Anyone I had Solvunn TDM threads with that wanted to keep them, I'm down for that!

I'm way more character/emotionally driven as a writer, but I love digging into metaplots so I'm here for tagging along on mission things or whathaveyou too.

ANYTHING ELSE?: Inej might have mentions of past instances of prostitution, slavery, sexual assault in her narration at times when things hit certain buttons for her. Her permissions are here, I can definitely avoid any topics listed that people don't want to touch.

HEY Estinien is a Solvunn guy and he's reasonably invested in helping out new arrivals, so even though he's not a social person he'll probably check in on her once he notices she's around and share whatever pertinent info he can. He's very direct

He's also totally down to spar and like... sort of religious? He's at least accustomed to religion and doesn't balk at it being a major part of people's lives. His own faith is a little more uncertain. He also wouldn't shy away from the darker content you're mentioning here!

Long story short, he was a witch-hunter trained to capture Grisha and bring them to trial for the crime of their existence. Then he fell in love with one (for that sweet enemies to lovers fix) and realized that maybe possessing special powers doesn't make someone irredeemably wicked. Honor-bound and honest, despite running with notorious criminals and becoming a wanted man himself. Grumpy and gruff, illiterate in jokes and innuendo; the "straight man" of the group.

Angsty heir apparent to the Skywalker legacy who'd much rather be cool and evil like his grampa Vader, despite the fact he's not actually all that great at casual sadism (not that it stops him from trying). You can read about what he's been up to in Abraxas so far here, read about what he smells like (yes!) on his info page here, and tell me what kinda stuff he can pick up about your character with his fancy psychic abilities here.

CR YOU WANT:
I'll happily receive any and all CR of course but my heart beats fastest for fractious frenemies! I love forced/unexpected/unwelcome team-ups, and honestly if anyone feels like giving me the lost in the wilderness/behind enemy lines with the person I like least CR of my dreams I will be thrilled beyond measure. I also enjoy all flavours of interaction where characters share an end goal but have wildly different ideas about the ethics of the situation, and relationships that develop through the discovery of unexpected commonalities. You may flirt with Kylo! It will be exceptionally awkward, which is great— Kylo's only just worked out that some people actually find him pretty attractive when he isn't busy committing various war crimes, and while he's no longer the canonical permavirgin he was on arrival in Abraxas he's still exceptionally weak to genuine compliments and has no idea how to handle attention of a positive nature. Destroy him.

CR YOU DON'T WANT:
I can't think of much I actively don't want, and even the tropes and setups I don't tend to go for can be lots of fun with the right set-up! I do struggle with small-talky type threads and vastly prefer it if there's a Reason for our characters to be interacting, but otherwise? Please just throw it at me.

PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN:

Investigation:: Who are Oliver Abbot and Elizabeth Francis and what are their motivations? Why are the Free Cities and Solvunn now summoning offworlders of their own? Is it true that the Singularity is weakening, and if so what can be done to strengthen and restore it? Kylo's willing to work with characters from any faction to unpick these mysteries.
Politik:: Kylo's moving up in the world, with his actions so far having gained him a position of relative authority in Thorne— namely, a task force of four Thornean mages under his command. I'd love to play with other characters in Thorne pushing for position and power, as well as with anyone looking for a big strong to hide behind or hitch their proverbial wagon to. Kylo is currently working most closely with Jolene, Ambrose's highest ranking apprentice (who is secretly more loyal to the Duchess of Hayle, Ambrose's sister), and they've recently become aware that the Queen of Thorne herself is behind some pretty sketchy experiments. If your character is into political intrigue, Kylo may be a good way to get teeth into that whole scene.
Study and experiments:: Kylo's been working with Thornean natives to test the feasibility of bridging and blending Abraxan magic with the skills and abilities the Summoned brought with them from their home worlds, mostly to empower himself. He is surprisingly willing to help others learn magic, and will share the use of a magically protected room in Castle Thorne for the purpose. He's also open to introducing characters to the Horizon for the first time: he's very comfortable with meditation and metaphysical nonsense and will gladly theorise with fellow nerds for days given the slightest opportunity.

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Amos is a spaceship mechanic from sometime in the 2350s or so who had an incredibly traumatic childhood that's resulted in a permanently broken moral compass. Thing is, he doesn't want to be that way — and even though the damage has been done to him, he does his best to mitigate it by identifying people he perceives as righteous and doing his best to follow them. He's kind of like a stoic bro who can be difficult to get in with, but once he's decided you're one of his people he'll do pretty much anything for you.
CR YOU WANT: Amos has a very simplistic way of categorizing people: bad ones, ones you follow, and ones you need to protect. All three are swell.
CR YOU DON'T WANT: No romance.
PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: WELL... I'm a little in flux right now since Oz basically knocked me out of commission for the past two months (and how!). I'm waiting for the event info post to go up before I hit up the mods about finally getting Amos to move his ass to the Free Cities, since it's a much better fit for him (I knew it would be; Solvunn was basically a fun little detour based on IC-only knowledge at the time, and I'm ready to move on from this mini mostly-off-screen arc I've had going here). I'll know more once I actually... hit up the mods... soon... about what Amos' arrival in the Free Cities should be like, but I'm anticipating there might be a bit of notoriety to go along with it. But if you're up for any meeting-in-Free Cities stuff yeah it can probably be swung.
