HEY Estinien is a Solvunn guy and he's reasonably invested in helping out new arrivals, so even though he's not a social person he'll probably check in on her once he notices she's around and share whatever pertinent info he can. He's very direct

CR YOU WANT:
I'll happily receive any and all CR of course but my heart beats fastest for fractious frenemies! I love forced/unexpected/unwelcome team-ups, and honestly if anyone feels like giving me the lost in the wilderness/behind enemy lines with the person I like least CR of my dreams I will be thrilled beyond measure. I also enjoy all flavours of interaction where characters share an end goal but have wildly different ideas about the ethics of the situation, and relationships that develop through the discovery of unexpected commonalities. You may flirt with Kylo! It will be exceptionally awkward, which is great— Kylo's only just worked out that some people actually find him pretty attractive when he isn't busy committing various war crimes, and while he's no longer the canonical permavirgin he was on arrival in Abraxas he's still exceptionally weak to genuine compliments and has no idea how to handle attention of a positive nature. Destroy him.

I can't think of much I actively don't want, and even the tropes and setups I don't tend to go for can be lots of fun with the right set-up! I do struggle with small-talky type threads and vastly prefer it if there's a Reason for our characters to be interacting, but otherwise? Please just throw it at me.

- Who are Oliver Abbot and Elizabeth Francis and what are their motivations? Why are the Free Cities and Solvunn now summoning offworlders of their own? Is it true that the Singularity is weakening, and if so what can be done to strengthen and restore it? Kylo's willing to work with characters from any faction to unpick these mysteries.
- Politik:
- Kylo's moving up in the world, with his actions so far having gained him a position of relative authority in Thorne— namely, a task force of four Thornean mages under his command. I'd love to play with other characters in Thorne pushing for position and power, as well as with anyone looking for a big strong to hide behind or hitch their proverbial wagon to. Kylo is currently working most closely with Jolene, Ambrose's highest ranking apprentice (who is secretly more loyal to the Duchess of Hayle, Ambrose's sister), and they've recently become aware that the Queen of Thorne herself is behind some pretty sketchy experiments. If your character is into political intrigue, Kylo may be a good way to get teeth into that whole scene.

- Kylo's been working with Thornean natives to test the feasibility of bridging and blending Abraxan magic with the skills and abilities the Summoned brought with them from their home worlds, mostly to empower himself. He is surprisingly willing to help others learn magic, and will share the use of a magically protected room in Castle Thorne for the purpose. He's also open to introducing characters to the Horizon for the first time: he's very comfortable with meditation and metaphysical nonsense and will gladly theorise with fellow nerds for days given the slightest opportunity.

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Amos is a spaceship mechanic from sometime in the 2350s or so who had an incredibly traumatic childhood that's resulted in a permanently broken moral compass. Thing is, he doesn't want to be that way — and even though the damage has been done to him, he does his best to mitigate it by identifying people he perceives as righteous and doing his best to follow them. He's kind of like a stoic bro who can be difficult to get in with, but once he's decided you're one of his people he'll do pretty much anything for you.
CR YOU WANT: Amos has a very simplistic way of categorizing people: bad ones, ones you follow, and ones you need to protect. All three are swell.
CR YOU DON'T WANT: No romance.
PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: WELL... I'm a little in flux right now since Oz basically knocked me out of commission for the past two months (and how!). I'm waiting for the event info post to go up before I hit up the mods about finally getting Amos to move his ass to the Free Cities, since it's a much better fit for him (I knew it would be; Solvunn was basically a fun little detour based on IC-only knowledge at the time, and I'm ready to move on from this mini mostly-off-screen arc I've had going here). So any meeting-in-Solvunn CR might be DOA, sorry!
I'll know more once I actually... hit up the mods... soon... about what Amos' arrival in the Free Cities should be like, but I'm anticipating there might be a bit of notoriety to go along with it. I dunno! This is the most useless CR meme comment ever! I just know for sure I don't want it to be a smooth transition; it shouldn't be. But if you're up for any meeting-in-Free Cities stuff yeah it can probably be swung.

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Amos is a spaceship mechanic from sometime in the 2350s or so who had an incredibly traumatic childhood that's resulted in a permanently broken moral compass. Thing is, he doesn't want to be that way — and even though the damage has been done to him, he does his best to mitigate it by identifying people he perceives as righteous and doing his best to follow them. He's kind of like a stoic bro who can be difficult to get in with, but once he's decided you're one of his people he'll do pretty much anything for you.
CR YOU WANT: Amos has a very simplistic way of categorizing people: bad ones, ones you follow, and ones you need to protect. All three are swell.

I'm waiting for the event info post to go up before I hit up the mods about finally getting Amos to move his ass to the Free Cities, since it's a much better fit for him (I knew it would be; Solvunn was basically a fun little detour based on IC-only knowledge at the time, and I'm ready to move on from this mini mostly-off-screen arc I've had going here). So any meeting-in-Solvunn CR might be DOA, sorry!
I'll know more once I actually... hit up the mods... soon... about what Amos' arrival in the Free Cities should be like, but I'm anticipating there might be a bit of notoriety to go along with it. I dunno! This is the most useless CR meme comment ever! I just know for sure I don't want it to be a smooth transition; it shouldn't be. But if you're up for any meeting-in-Free Cities stuff yeah it can probably be swung.

Right now he's working through an existential crisis, having just learned that he is a clone created to be a host to the True Earth Rune. Said Rune, basically a sentient god crystal embedded in his body, makes him a powerful geomancer and it has stopped his aging. While he may look like he's vaguely about 16/17 he's actually 32 and is a 32 year old in everything but appearance.

I'm here for anyone who wants to ask him about this or try to sway him one side of the political spectrum or the other because of what happened to him, especially any of you nosy folks in Castle Thorne. Geralt's goal first and foremost is to protect Ciri -- in particular, the fact that she holds a similar power to the Singularity, something he fiercely does not want any of the factions to know, but whose secret will inevitably leak.
Beyond that, I plan to keep pushing him to get involved against his better judgment. He's currently got an orphan mage girl (Rinwell) and a necromancer (Hector) living in his place alongside Jaskier and Ciri, and I'd like him to keep making friends and connections that will keep him tethered to this place or drag him into various politics. She sees big cosmic moving quests as important as catching the lost chickens for a local farmer. She can be easily distracted by this things but eagerly wants to explore the world. I like to say she's chaotic good, heavy on the chaotic side and tends to be very blunt despite how overtly friendly she can be. A powerful mage from her home world, skilled in white (healing) and black (destructive) magics. Fishing and dragon enthusiast. "I'm a healer, but" meme. Considers herself a Culinarian before a hero of anything. Food is the balm of the soul.

➤ Trying to get her more involved with the whole spirits/gods/magical parts of Solvunn, so anyone who wants to plot along a similar path would be great. Combine forces! She's definitely the magic user rather than a scholar. Raw power and knowledge through practice vs. study.

I'm not very canon familiar, only in passing, but if the Medicine Seller needs to... sell medicines?? whether for real or just for show, Ciri is decently known in Cadens by now as someone who will go out and hunt down monster bits for various alchemic formulas and potions.
Not sure if that's his thing, but if it sounds viable, I'd definitely be down to have Ciri be a (more-or-less) reputable Weird Ingredients supplier.

Since being summoned to Abraxas, he's been certain that war is upon them all, and he'd rather not be the loser. Since the undead rose on Eifstide, he's been doing what he can to "hasten" that eventuality along, mostly by drumming up anger against Solvunn for causing the whole mess. The movement's really picked up steam and by now pretty much everyone in the Cities will have reason to have at least heard about it (and it's concentrated in Cadens). He was also introduced to the Horizon by Sam early on and now has a domain, where he sometimes retreats to when he wants to hang in a place that, for him, is correctly-sized. He's an 8 foot tall, four-armed giant, literally nothing in Abraxas is made for him.
CR YOU WANT: Adversaries! Most of Goro's CR is going to be negative, as he is actively working to make the situation in Abraxas worse for everyone, in addition to being just the absolute worst. People willing to push back on his bullshit, confront him. People who show him what he considers to be the proper amount of deference however, may be treated with some modicum of respect, especially if Goro considers they might be useful to him in some way. Currently only a shady priest and Devil Forgemaster fall into this category though.

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Introverted, observant, vulnerable girl with daddy issues, unsure where she fits on the killer to victim scale. Murderer, accomplice and cannibal, filled with guilt about her actions and even more with the dread that she might have actually liked what she's done. Easily manipulated, but also something of a manipulator herself. Will do whatever it takes to survive here.

PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Abigail is settled back in Thorne, and I'd love to get some more stuff going with her both there and in the Horizon. In general, she wants to learn magic and brush up on her self-defence. OOCly, I think trying to work out what magic she has and her Horizon powers are where my anxiety here is coming from, so I need to figure those out more concretely! She's also wanting to learn more about the Singularity and why she was brought here, and slightly related she doesn't really know much about tarot and what her sign means so I'd love for her to have that conversation with someone.
Also, now she's in the relative safety of Thorne rather than having to scrape by to stay alive she finally has the mental space for her own past to creep back in and haunt her, and she'll start having nightmares about her father's victims again - she'll be wandering around all hours of the night and spending more and more time in the Horizon, where she feels she has a modicum of control. Speaking of the Horizon I'd love to get more going on there with her, particularly exploring why her domain is the way it is and the potential things that she can do there.

I work in the NHS as a secretary in a cancer clinic, though I have degrees in American history and am hoping to do my PhD in that one day too. CHARACTER INFORMATION: Link is an amnesiac elf (Hylian) who woke up in his underoos in a shrine one day to the sound of a mysterious voice telling him that he is the Chosen Hero destined to save the world. He is every "hero" trope you can think of: courageous, kind, selfless, utterly dedicated to the cause. This iteration of Link is also a teenager learning how to have fun again after a 100 year nap! I.e., he is a reckless idiot who will eat almost anything, join any contest, and climb any height, all while trying not to think about the part where all his friends are dead and it's more or less his fault for flopping the Chosen Hero thing and dying first during the apocalypse. He's semi-feral in the literal sense, in that he has spent most of his new lifetime fighting for survival in the woods, but despite his weird hobo-ness he is a good kid.

I AM VERY into the idea of making Link actually examine the nature of morality, because his story is very black-and-white in terms of Good vs. Evil, and his destiny in Hyrule has been written down for him for a very long time. I'd love to see him befriend people who turn out to be not as "good" as he'd assumed they were (he's a dummy who's going to assume the people he meets are good unless they obviously are Not), and/or who end up on opposite sides of conflict.

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Angel of the Lord develops a Care for one (1) disaster flannel boi and ruins Heaven. everyone upset except God, who's busy learning Wonderwall. Castiel is an angel who yoinked a dude with Destiny out of hell for God and Apocalypse reasons, ended up attached to Dude and Dude's brother, to the point he gave Heaven the grand finger and rebelled, which involved hitting Michael the Archangel with a molotov and the sick burn "assbutt".
He's ostracized from Heaven, doesn't fit in on Earth either. He's an awkward, out of place, alien who understands so little about human culture and society. Castiel's made some bad calls lately (betraying the homies, accidental possession and war crimes), and he's wrestling with a heavy dose of New Guilt and trauma. Extremely literal and full of weird trivia, he's great for research and investigation, but horrible with people skills, which makes him come off as blunt, rude, or heartless. He's fresh from a year spent in monster hell, doing some semi-self-imposed penance, and still not convinced he doesn't deserve more. Please be his friend.
