SPARKLES AT EXCITEDLY hello friend!!!!! sam is going to…actually be very relieved strange is here but also sam gets to deal with “oh i met a version of you and now you don’t remember me okay cool thanks for that” 😭 he’s in the free cities though so we may need to wait for the horizon/have a way for them to meet. SOON THO

also! in the meantime i have yennefer in thorne who i think would get along SWIMMINGLY with stephen so we should definitely. have them chat about magic and things c:

HELLO NEW FRIEND… I’m excited to be here and doubly excited to (eventually) thread with Sam. Stephen is going to be Tired when he finds out another version of himself was already here, and Frustrated that he can’t just magically retain all the information the other him undoubtedly dug up about this world… BUT ALSO learning that a castmate is in another faction sure adds a delicate twist to the overall situation, so that’s very 👀 IM READY!!

ALSO YEN!! I used to play from the Witcher games, so I am familiar-ish. (I really need to sit down and watch the show.) I didn’t realize this was CR I needed until right this moment, please let us have them meet. MAGIC TIME

it's going to be complicated all around I imagine because Sam and Strange had a kind of allies/buddies/etc going on so stephen gets to have sam just. already be in that work-friend-zone too. c: sam's got SOME UNDERSTANDING OF STUFF but also has some (a single) connection to thorne so he can also probably help strange there too. c:

AND AHHHH yeah I have not played any of the games but the show and me are on GREAT terms and I think stephen and yen have very similar priorities re: magic in the world PLUS I just think they'd be neat so. c: congrats you get me on BOTH SIDES OF THE FACTIONS

OOCly that works just fine for me! I figure Stephen and Sam would eventually head into the work-friend-zone area anyway, so a bit of a head start on one side is already a good thing. I’M LOOKING FORWARD TO IT and obviously Stephen would help Sam from the Thorne side once he figures out just what the heck is goin on here.

The games are a lot of fun (esp. 3) even if they hurt me emotionally. I’m due a replay but Witcher 3 takes up so much space, cries. But Yen is one of my faves and I’m sure she will be here, too… You'll enable me to watch the show.
