There is no formal introduction log for characters joining the game, which means that players are free to introduce their characters however they would like.

Upcoming modplot will be announced on the OOC community, signal boosted on Plurk and listed on the Calendar! Please be aware that Event #6, scheduled for the 18th of this month, will offer opportunities for characters from different factions to meet up in a (mostly, and temporarily) friendly environment...

hello young, impressionable, and technologically minded teenager :) Maxwell has been in Cadens for a few months now and has something of a rudimentary workshop going in the basement of a factory where he works, which truthfully I have been vague about thus far because he was kind of alone in his engineer world until now

anyway I propose that the brilliant(?) minds of Cadens get together sometime and have a powwow about the potential of such a space... :)
