CHARACTER INFORMATION: Mat is 18, and has just come in from a very miserable and not great time in his life - though arguably there has never been a great time in Mat's life. He talks a lot, he makes a lot of jokes, he doesn't open up much, he's got a bad little habit of petty theivery, he flirts unabashedly with everyone, and is skilled with a bow and not bad with a dagger. He's coming from a fantasy canon where his world is currently threatened by multiple wars, powerful dark magic, and possible end of times. Oh, and at this point he thinks he may well be the prophesied catalyst for the end of the world. (He is not, he just thinks he is.)

But he's also an eighteen year old out on his own and separated from everything and everyone he's ever known. And he's never had an actual stable family, his mother has health problems that prevented her from being much of a mother, and his father is a drunk, pathetic excuse for a human that has never attempted to take care of his own family. This boy is desperate for connections and some sort of stability.

CR YOU WANT: ANYTHING! I am open to anything, Mat is brand new and will likely latch on to people very quickly and easily. He is also super open to being influenced, both because of how is naturally and also the curse he has recently been freed from.

CR YOU DON'T WANT: There is no CR I am opposed to!

PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: PRETTY MUCH ANYTHING? Mat is at a vulnerable point and could go in many different directions from here. Whether that is stepping up and becoming a better man than he is, or going the opposite way. And I am very open to either, depending on how his CR and events in game play out.

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Nadine's been here from the start, coming from a plague stricken America where the battle of good and evil is being played out by an old lady from Nebraska that talks to God and a demonic entity that wears a lot of denim and eats people. Also Nadine married said denim loving demonic entity. Without that influence on her, she's been slipping back onto the path of good and really trying to figure out who she is and what to do with her life. She was raised very Catholic, and still struggles a lot with her former faith and things she's done. She's done some very bad things, some of which she regrets now. She is a natural mother-type and will Mom at anyone young, or even just younger than her. She's been learning Academic Magic and herbal medicine.

She and her little group are about to head to the Free Cities after hiding out in Nott for months.

CR YOU WANT: Anything! Nadine really needs to make more connections with people, especially after losing some major CR that was important to her. She spent the last month being a semi-hermit sad sack, but she's going to be looking to connect with more people now.

CR YOU DON'T WANT: There is no CR I am opposed to! Postive, negative, romantic...(though good luck with that last one, Nadine has Issues.)

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Seriously jaded Wonder Woman that is a corporate curated lesbian icon savior of the world in public and a total burned out, drug and sex abusing mess in private (and BI, by the way). Great at keeping a cheerful face in public and being a real jerk behind the scenes.
CR YOU WANT: Everything is so generic, but seriously hit me up whoever you are. Otherwise Maeve really needs some strong positive and negative influences in her life. She tends to go towards people that are messed up, power hungry, and selfish, just because that is the kind of people she is used to surviving around. However, she really does admire people that are optimistic, idealistic, and all kinds of pure hero, because they remind her of herself when she was young and thought she actually mattered. She also needs people to just adventure with so she can earn her booze and drug money. Also casual sex buddies for off screen relief. It's a coping mechanism.
CR YOU DON'T WANT: Nothing at the moment, but I'll let you know if I'm not comfortable with a particular idea.
PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Mentioned in the CR, but looking for adventure, for Maeve to be used as a pawn in hero/villain games (she is one of the strongest people on her planet, but is too cynical to actually believe she can change anything, so at this point is a great accessory for good or evil), or just generally other anti-villains/anti-heroes to sit around and gripe with.

i love maeve, and i feel like there's enough messiness in both their canons/histories they can probably vibe. he's not without a moral compass, but he's also pretty low judgment due to the massive shades of grey he lives in.

geralt is in the free cities, but if she slides into the horizon i would love to steal her some time.

Emet-Selch is very much in the antagonist camp (albeit one who was defeated as of his canon point) and has been lowkey looking for potential pawns, if that's something that you'd be up for! They could probably also have interesting conversations about being the strongest/one of the strongest, given that Emet-Selch is canonically like. The Most Powerful sorcerer of his age.

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Wanda has finally been revealed to be the Scarlet Witch of ancient lore. She is a person who has been shaped by tragedy and loss, thus why she's pretty reserved. She wields powerful magic, and tries hard to be one of the good guys—even though she consistently messes up and ends up doing more harm than good. She used to be part of the Avengers(?) and her canon point is post-WandaVision, having exiled herself to learn more about her magic. Here is an opt-out post for some of her magical skills!
CR YOU WANT: Girls she can be friends with, magic-inclined friends (witches?!), big brother types. I'm genuinely down for all sorts of CR.
CR YOU DON'T WANT: I'm open to pretty much anything, being brand new and all that. Though she keeps to herself quite a lot, that does not reflect my interest in building CR.
PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Wanda's interested in the magic of this world — maybe for selfish reasons — and will want to learn more about it. Personally, I'm into the idea of her learning about the summoning on top of the magical stuff. Themes I love playing are found-family and, in general, Wanda getting to be her age (29). Exploration of grief, the like.

CHARACTER INFORMATION: A long-dead gremlin of an ancient which just so happens to be support incarnate, don't test him. Hythlodaeus comes from the end (...zing.) of FF14's endwalker expac, and is generally an affable sort- having reached a lovely conclusion to his story despite a good deal of Suffering along the way.

He's well-read, well-educated and well-spoken to the point of seeming flowery, unflappable to the point of being smug, and generally very friendly and easygoing- capable of being those close to him's biggest cheerleader given half the chance. Just don't talk to him about sharks. His brain switches, immediately, to elevator music.

Like a Certain Old Grump, Hythlodaeus has soul sight, and can perceive the colour of souls. I'm looking on getting an opt-out sorted asap.

CR YOU WANT: Gosh, everything??? I will want Everything eventually, but for now I'm really jonesing for people Hyth can get close to. If you're after a true friend that sidelines in (gentle) trolling, he's your man.

CR YOU DON'T WANT: Enemies... for now. I've a couple of things regarding his plot progression I'd love to get posted towards the mods for approval, so until that's finalized and a path is set, I'm not all that interested in negative CR. (Yet.)

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Prickly Southern Space Doctor & Chief Medical Officer of the USS Enterprise. Gruff, kinda pessimistic curmudgeon with a fear of space and a heart of gold. Generally pacifist, loves small animals, doesn't give a shit about pesky things like faction borders if it interferes with his work.

Is it dangerous? He's out. Is it dangerous AND people need medical care? He's there, preferably yesterday, what's wrong with you???

CR YOU WANT: All of it. Fellow medical pros, magical peeps, brash loud shounen/shoujo idiots to chase after, drinking buddies, people to mentor, people to look after and mend, anyone who might be up for debates with a guy from a post-scarcity utopian Earth and thinks these conflicts are pointless, idek sky's the limit here. Have you seen his crew? He'll take all-comers.

PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Leonard is antsy to see the world beyond the Settlement, and he's doubly interested in adding more to his medical skill by studying healing magic. Eventually I'd love to engineer a way to eventually get him into either Thorne or the Free Cities.

In the meantime, I'd just really like to deepen his cr in and outside of Solvunn. Presently he's doctoring all over the primary settlement, and upping his compounding abilities by working with an apothecary, so if any character needs some looking after, he's there! He'll also be doing some Horizon visits (and I'll finally get his page up this month as well), so if your character isn't in Solvunn and you'd like him to stop by/navigate your desolate lava fields/bring a peach cobbler(??) just let me know.

Lastly, just since this has come up & I've been reworking his info pages, I'm totally cool with his being fourth-walled, if your character is Trek-familiar.

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Samus is a Bounty Hunter from space; a jaded, brooding, socially constipated lone wolf type. Cold and taciturn on the outside but secretly soft on the inside, especially for kids and animals. Huge justice boner. Can handle her space booze. Dry sense of humor. Her parents were murdered by a purple people eating space dragon, so she was orphaned and raised space birds and trained to be a great warrior. She joined the space military for a bit then decided rules are for losers. She's genetically enhanced/augmented like a super soldier, got paid to do literal alien genocide, has murdered several clones of herself, and has blown up entire planets/space stations by this point in her career. Has too many dads. She won't have her suit of Iron Man-esque armor here in Abraxas, but her other relevant skills include punching, kicking, being good with guns and picking things up like grapes. Is buff and borderline Amazonian at 6 feet tall. Not so good with tact or smiling. Samus is, however, actually very nice. There's info in her journal if you'd Like To Know More.

CR YOU WANT: ALL KINDS! Positive, negative, platonic, familial, romantic, sexual; anything's great in my book! Generally does well with other bounty hunter/hunter/mercenary/military types, robots/ais, sometimes scientists, and non-human characters. Can grow to be very protective of anyone she cares about.
- Characters who force her to socialize, either intentionally or on accident. Where are you, you mischievous street urchins, flirts, and naughty scallywags?
- Sparring partners, workout pals, booze buddies, sassy banter friends, soft dichotomy friends?
- Nerds. She loves guns and weapons, mech and tech, and she's kind of a closet nerd keeping data logs of all the beasties she's encountered and how to best murder them. Also designs her own space ships and can weld things.
- Accidental mothering/big-sister-ing.
- Antagonistic or morally gray ambiguous rival tension kind of CR? Very sexy.

CR YOU DON'T WANT: I WANT EVERYTHING. Romance (and sex) is difficult/slow-burn for her, but I'm game for anything if chemistry is there! Negative CR/antagonistic is great and I love and want it, though it may take extra effort to maintain with Samus because she's prone to ignore/not engage foolishness unless it's made personal.

PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN:
- Right now she's new and establishing and settling. She's absorbing the idea of magic being a thing and not just Different Science. She could probably use with some magic demonstrations to drive that point home.
- She's a natural explorer and will want to explore the natural areas around and between civilizations, and explore the urban jungle as well. She makes for an ideal body guard if anyone else wants to go on an expedition in the dangerous parts of town or out of it.
- I absolutely want her to get dragged into politics!
- Depending on how things go, in the far future she might be interested in building an Abraxas Flavored version of the Power Suit and would need help from other engineers, nerds, smithies, probably magic-wielders, etc.
- Also for far future and depending on how things go, but she recently learned she can [hover spoilers] so exploring that sounds very fun to me, especially maybe in a ~magical energy~ context? Either her learning how to control it better through training or trial and error, or being horrified she can't and learning to live with that sounds tasty.

ABOUT YOU: late 20s goth disaster in the pnw. i like horror movies, 80s anime and whatever books and games i'm going through at any given time. idk i haven't done a self-introduction in so long. feel free to add!

CHARACTER NAME: Byleth Eisner
CANON: Fire Emblem: Three Houses

FACTION: Thorne

CHARACTER INFORMATION: 21 26 or 21 maybe who knows, secretly engaged, and just co-led a revolution to destroy a corrupt Church, AMA.

Okay no but for real. Byleth is the viewpoint character of Three Houses, and a subject of experimentation as a baby that left her... odd, for most of her life. She ended up acting as a child soldier in her father's mercenary band while they tried to avoid the notice of the Church, and then was all but forced to become a professor at the Church's military academy when they found her. She's very good at violence, tactics, and strategy, and enjoys training, but honestly leave her to her own devices and she's just as likely to garden, cook, clean, or fish. She just wants to be, like, an Animal Crossing villager or something.

She spent most of her formative years as a child soldier in her father's mercenary band while they tried to hide from the Church. When the Church found them, she was all but forced to become an instructor at their military academy for Totally Legitimate And Not Sketchy Reasons.

Then she helped start a war to bring it all down. She's an odd one, quiet most of the time but intense and perceptive. Intensely caring, but fiercely protective and nowhere near as passive as her usual demeanor would suggest.

She's fairly fresh off of the end of the Crimson Flower route, and secretly engaged to Edelgard, the Emperor she serves under. In public, they'll be hiding their relationship to avoid it being used as leverage. Thorne is going to immediately set off a lot of red flags for her, and she's already looking for ways to undercut them.
CR YOU WANT: Oh bring on everything.
-Peers and friends! Byleth has tended to be placed in mentor and leadership roles, and even in canon just doesn't have many connections where they're on an even playing field or they aren't deferring to her in most ways.
- Enemies, obv.
-Training/drinking partners.
-Soldier/mercenary/hunter types, or your classic Human Experiment/Vessel characters.
- Watch out she gets very protective of the people she ends up caring about. Byleth stumbles into mom-ing/big sistering at people like it's her job.
-Contacts and spies. Byleth is more a soldier than a spy, so while she's doing her share of clandestine subversive activity in Thorne, she'd be better suited to connecting with other people who have the knack. Connections with people in the Free Cities or Solvunn whose interests align would be fantastic.
- People who just appreciate the quiet things. Gardening! Cooking! Fishing! A nice cup of tea! Someone please try her baking Edelgard can't eat all of it.

CR YOU DON'T WANT: Romance or sex is pretty much off the table; she's very spoken for even if she'll be evasive about it.
PLOTS/THREADS/THEMES YOU'RE INTERESTED IN:
- As said, she's gonna be partnering with Edelgard to sabotage Thorne from the inside and try to prevent interference with the Singularity, and there will almost definitely be a masked identity of her own to go with Edelgard's as they do their cloak and dagger supervillain shit. Say hi to the Ashen Knight.
- Magical research! Byleth is more of a swordsman than she is a mage, but she has some arcane ability under her belt. She'll be mooore than curious about magic in this world and others, especially as the narrative around one form of magic is so slanted in her world.
- She's not personally very suited to politics, but she's likely to follow Edelgard's lead and act as her escort for most official Thorne stuff. The General has to back up her Emperor, after all.
- She has an almost childlike curiosity and fascination with... basically everything? So she'll be nerding it up a lot trying to learn everything useful about this world she can, and doing a lot of exploration.
- She'll be throwing herself pretty deep into mercenary work, so if anyone needs something done or a bit of extra muscle or protection, let's talk.

CHARACTER INFORMATION: Dean's from immediately post a year-long stint in the monster-infested endless forests of Purgatory, where he basically went full feral 24/7 combat. He's a 33 year old monster hunter, co-dependent brother, angel lover, and absolute pop-culture nerd from one of the most meta shows you've ever seen. He's a grumpy stupid moron dick on the surface, and a secretly loving, die-hard loyal mother hen deeper down, all wrapped around a nice dense foundation of self-loathing.
